They were very responsive when I reached out for a quote and then to schedule. It was a pretty smooth and seamless process between dropping my car off, having them fix my windshield and picking up my car. It was faster than what they originally estimated. I appreciate their friendly customer service.

I was in town and had my wife's window passengers window smashed, but was leaving the next day. They figured out how to get me in and get it replaced the same day. Can't always promise that will happen, but they put the effort in to help me out!!!

They were friendly and quick to respond to my request. Made the process of replacing my window very easy and stress free. I had my car broken into and the window was shattered. They even cleaned up the glass and gave me my car back in better condition than before! Would definitely recommend and return for future services.

Got an appointment online non-urgently. When I got there they said the chip wasn't big enough to fix and didn't charge me anything for looking at it. Very professional and polite.

I had a back windshield that shattered and the Subaru dealership in Bellevue referred me. I called on a Friday, they got me in first thing Monday and got it done in 4 hours. Quick, good communication, friendly. Highly recommend

Highly recommended! A few days ago, I had my BMW's windshield replaced at this shop, and the experience was excellent! I was driving on the highway when a small stone hit my windshield, causing a crack. The shop initially repaired it, but the damage was still visible, so I decided to get it replaced. I requested an OEM original windshield, and the shop obtained approval from my insurance company. The replacement process was incredibly fast, taking just over an hour. They did a fantastic job, and my heads-up display and automatic rain sensor work perfectly with the new windshield.They also took the extra step of transferring all the stickers from my original windshield and repositioning my dashcam onto the new glass. Additionally, they used a vacuum cleaner to clean my car's carpets. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. In summary, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this shop!

I believe it's not about whether you made an error, it's about what you do after the error was made. I was concerned about my door after they had replaced a window. I put off calling about it for 11 months. Despite my delay, once called, they made an appointment for the next day, removed the panel from the door, and resolved the problem. No fuss. Nothing but courtesy the whole time. That is customer service. I drive a lot and this is where I'm returning after my next glass break.Service: Auto side window replacement

Great value for replacement of my windshield! The last person at a different business botched my last replacement and they were able to fix the pins with no extra charge windshield is looking very good! Happy with my new windshield. Thank you Eastlake Auto Glass!

I love the service at this family owned shop. They have a really smooth service setup. I have always just waited in the waiting room. Usually takes a little over an hour for a replacement. All insurance carriers work here
