I had an amazing training session with Tatiana in a group class. I was impressed by the personal attention and her investment in ensuring each of us had our workouts done with proper form. The type of workout was also different than the usual strength trainings I have done before. I will be visiting again.

If you are looking for a results-focused, supportive, fun and challenging gym environment then you definitely need to check out Dynamix Fitness. I was a few months postpartum with my second child when I started to get back into a workout routine and was nervous to begin strength training. I am so happy and proud to say that I have been a loyal client for over a year and have never felt better! I have Scott and all of the wonderful trainers to thank for that. From the personal training sessions to the wonderful and fun group classes, you will leave the gym after one hour and feel like the best version of yourself. Try it out- you won’t regret it!

I’ve had 6 classes with Scott and one class with Oliver. They are both so supportive, patient, thorough and kind. I took the group classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays with my boyfriend. Three takeaways:1. The class is not easy, it pushes you to the limit.2. The class is for everyone. I could choose lighter weights or heavier.3. The instructors are just like your personal trainer. Scott would protect me when I have heavy weights, Oliver cheered for me when I feel like giving up. Unlike PT I have peer pressure from the group. Obviously I tend to be the weaker one in the group but that’s part of motivation too.Thanks for all the great classes!

Dynamix is an amazing facility with the best trainers out there and a very kind, welcoming community. In my lifetime I’ve both worked at and been a member of dozens of gyms, and I’ve never found one quite like Dynamix. They truly are the best. I’ve been attending group classes here since 2019, and since then have gotten stronger, leaner, and healthier all around.The gym is spacious and has all sorts of high-quality equipment to reach your goals and keep things fun - I personally love using the sleds! What really sets Dynamix apart though is the people. The trainers here are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Every workout is challenging, yet safe and well balanced. I have an old knee injury from a skiing accident, and the trainers are great at giving modifications and cues to keep you safe and perfect your form. My knee has actually improved quite a lot since working out here! The classes are always fun and different, with new things regularly added to class to push you and keep it interesting.Not only are all the trainers fantastic, but the people who take classes here are, too! Scott has done an amazing job building a great community at Dynamix. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, and takes the time to get to know new class members. I’ve made several friends from my weekly classes at Dynamix.Last thing I’ll mention - my goal for 2023 is to be able to do a pull-up, and both Scott and Oliver have taken the extra time to give me suggestions/exercises to work on, track my progress with me, and help me practice while I’m there. It’s little things like that that you realize are actually the big things, and why this is such a special place. They really care about everyone that steps through their door, and have supported and helped me so much over the last several years. Seriously, whatever your goals are you need to check out Dynamix. You won’t regret it.

I was dealing with an injury for over a year and after trying everything else I just decided to focus on my strength and conditioning in hopes I could go back to where I was. I had been working out on my own but I wanted to reach a higher level of fitness, learn more about what to do, why I should do it and the affects of doing it. I took a leap of faith and put my trust in Dynamix Fitness.After a quick consultation I started out by hiring one of their personal trainers (Jessie Zogg). She educated me every step of the way and pushed me every session as a reminder that I CAN do it. Of course, I learned a lot about working out but my biggest gain was confidence. Jessie helped me regain my confidence and that has pushed me to start getting back to where I was before my injury.Now, I am still going to Dynamix and I attend their group classes. All of the trainers there are friendly, engaging and always eager to help answer any questions. I didn't think the community aspect would be so prominent but they make it a priority. I would do this 100% all over again. Take the leap.

Great support to rehab and build strength and flexibility! Oliver and Scott are knowledgeable and fun.I started working out with Oliver in Feb. of 2020. I could barely walk up stairs because of a post-surgery issue. I’d lost a ton of strength. Oliver got me strong again safely. No setbacks, just steady progress. He really knows what he’s doing.First I gained back all the daily functional fitness I’d lost, then I got out of pain, and now I feel strong again - it’s been wonderful! Plus, I lost a ton of weight. Oliver gave me programs I could do at home or at my regular gym. Whenever I ran into bumps I the road, he came up with alternatives that kept me moving forward.Now I have gotten back into skiing and I row three times a week - I feel great! It’s been a journey; I’m grateful I found Oliver; he’s made sure I stayed motivated, worked to my potential but not past it, and succeeded in meeting my personal goals.

Been working with Scott for lots of years (way back to when he was working out of Redmond Ridge). He's professional, knowledgeable, and fun. He does a great job of helping me push my boundaries (getting me to do more than I thought I would) while not pushing without paying attention to how I'm doing. He scales well to my abilities. I am sore quite often, but I have been injury free and an active basketball player for the whole time I've been working with him. Definitely would recommend.

I would give Dynamic Fitness a 10-star rating if I could. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and approachable. If you’re intimidated to start, please don’t be!! The group classes are fun and challenging, and everyone is welcoming. However, what truly makes Dynamic different is Scott himself. I’ve trained with several personal trainers in the past and I have to say, Scott is by far one of the best out there! I am so grateful to have him as my coach. I look forward to my personal training session each and every week. Lots of PR’s achieved working with Scott. Aside from his knowledge and experience, Scott shows up every single day for each of his clients. If there was an award, I could give him for, “Best Personal Trainer”, I definitely would. Five stars all the way!

I have been working out with Scott since the beginning of his career. I love the fact that he started out in a physical therapy office and he has always been great working with any of my restrictions that I may have at any given time. He has helped me recover through surgery and helped keep my body strong as I struggle with RA.

I've been working with Oliver for almost a year, scheduled for twice a week, and he still surprises me with new variation of workouts so it’s a lot of fun. Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. Now they upgraded to a new location with better equipment and more prominent space, heading to the gym become the best thing of the day. Work hard in sweats, and satisfying for the progress. I highly recommend Dynamix Fitness.

I started working out with Scott when he first opened in 2013. Since Oliver joined with Scott a few years ago, he's done nothing but enhance the Dynamix experience. Workouts are terrific. They always include elements of strength, agility, cardio, core. Lots of variety, never boring or routine. Young people, older folks, men, women are all welcomed and made to feel excited about working out. Both Scott and Oliver are trained in Physical Therapy so they know how the body works. They will design or adapt workouts to fit the needs of each person. I highly recommend Dynamix Fitness.

Been a member of this gym for almost 2 years and really enjoying the experience. I originally saw the group classes through classpass. The staff (Oliver and Scott) are amazing and really will adjust workouts if you have any issues/ concerns. I've been doing Zoom workouts since the pandemic hit, and it's been a fun yet challenging part of my week. The classes are always 10/10 challenging but 10/10 a blast!! Dynamic Fitness has been such a blessing via the workouts and the community its built!! keep up the great classes, guys!!
