I had a horrible experience with associate Eric at this specific store at 7:30pm. He was being extremely vulgar and disrespectful making me feel uncomfortable to shop at the store. He acted crazy and made my shopping experience very difficult. After i asked him for help, he was very rude and said “You don't know who I am.” He should have not been offered a position to work here.

I went into this location looking for something very specific. Not only was Philito very nice but incredibly helpful. Even helped wheel out the 100lb boxing bag with a hand truck making nice conversation the whole time. I hope he’s appreciated for all of his kind work and great customer service. Salamat Philito

Went for some Kraken gear and the selection was good. Had an issue with a coupon and associate called manager for assistance. JT arrived immediately, solved the problem and I was an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks for calling for assistance and JT for all his help. Recommend this location…

I have never felt so unwelcomed at a store until today. The associate that checked us out is named Colby, he’s extremely rude to both my husband and I. He did not seem to want to be there and was very condescending.On Friday 9/1 I placed a canoe and two paddles for pick up. Unfortunately, each of my paddles were cancelled separately so I got two codes for $10 off for future purchases. I tried to order different paddles online with these codes, at first both the codes work on one transaction but then my screen refreshed and then neither of the codes worked!!! :(We went to the store Sunday 9/3 to pick up the canoe and decided to just buy paddles there. We also picked out a life jacket for my husband since the one I ordered online might not arrive on time.During check out I asked for the order and Colby told me it might take a while for the canoe to come out. So then we ask about the return policy and he told us if we use it we can’t return it, kayak, life jacket or paddle... I just wanted to know if it’s 30-days and if the canoe is defective can I return it… He didn’t tell me any of this but instead he thinks that we’re gonna use it and then return it.Then I asked him about the coupon codes, since my order was cancelled twice can I use them both? He was not so excited about this part. He looked them up and said they both work but I can’t use both coupons in one transaction. My husband asked if it can be on separate transactions. He then proceeded on ringing the paddles up together so we asked if he can separate the paddles on two transaction. He was very annoyed at us now, it was very clear on his face and tone, he even rolled his eyes at us. He didn’t want to do it and questioned us why. We asked if he can just do that for us, but he was persistent and did not want to do it until I told him that I might return the life jacket if the one I order online comes on time, hence why I asked about the return policy. I told him if the codes worked, I would have ordered online. My husband was upset at this point. We decided to make it easy on him and didn’t get the life jacket. He got to the second transaction and had to call someone to inputted a code just for this transaction. I asked is there something wrong with the code? He then rudely said he’s giving me more than a 10% discount he can’t do it without a code. I’m sorry, how am I suppose to know that? You didn’t need it the first time.My husband asked to talk with the manager and he tried to stop us and tired to make us tell him why we wanted to manager. We told him we want to directly talk to the manager. He told us they’re too busy and can’t talk to us. My husband said he want to talk to them. He was reluctant but finally she came out. My husband gave his two cents and we left. Never coming back here again.

Purchased shoes thru the online store.They were severely used.I went into the the Crossroads location and was fortunate to work with Lizette. She processed the return and helped us order a replacement. My wife and I were very impressed by her professionalism and prompt customer service.Will definitely be coming back to this location.

The team working at the bike section are unprofessional, and especially the bike's section supervisor. Unprofessional, uncomitted, careless with no communication nor customer service skills. Will not buy anything from this store again.

I went looking for hiking boots. Their selection is pretty lackluster despite having an entire aisle of hiking boots (they did have another half aisle of work and regular wear boots). Further, their selection of women's hiking boots within that was embarrassingly abysmal. Not a single of the display boots was a woman's hiking boot. I'd guesstimate that of all the hiking boots, only about 15% or so were women's, and all were kinds where the men's boot also just happened to come in women's sizes. Out of those women's boots, all but one were either a size 6 or a size 10 (i.e. no shoes at all for the average woman). The only way for them to have been more blatant about not wanting to sell to women is to not have had any women's hiking shoes at all. Infuriating.

They have a lot of inventory, lots of life vest options, and clothing options we were looking for. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Rude person at the front desk of bikes! He was reluctant to give any helps and even rolled his eyes when we asked him questions. We decided to go to REI immediately. I know why this store has so many bad reviews now. Do NOT recommend!
