My husband purchased a Moschino brand flats from this store. In three weeks time the die started to come off and the flats started looking like they’ve been worn for years. My husband went back to David and asked to return them, AND offered to buy different, more expensive brand flats. David’s response was, “There is nothing I can do for you”! His argument was, that if he sold them for $500 (the actual cost was $400) that means he bought them for $250 and that he is not willing to lose it. Pls note that along with these flats my husband bought other items and spent up to $2000 on that day. We were also repeat customers up to that point. But apparently $200 is much more important to David than his reputation and returning customers that would bring much more profit than $200 he would lose, had he dealt with this situation differently!! Sub par customer service with sub par choice of product. Never returning! Never recommending!! This store is an embarrassment to Bravern!

When at The Shops At The Braven I went into David Lawrence and was very pleased to see the Diesel brand again. They were jeans and I usually go after the brand's shirts but still it was refreshing to see the brand again. I don't see it as much as I used to which tickled the fashion nostalgia some. Versace was also there. Quite a bit of merchandise from that brand which gave me the same refreshed feeling of seeing it again.The staff that was there was very pleasant and attentive but in the end nothing quite fit into my style. I Absolutely Love Love Love David and Lawrence. They went above and beyond by staying open later just so David could present my Mom with her Christmas gift my Husband and I purchased days prior.
