I had found this beautiful vintage ring at an antique shop and fell in love with it. Unfortunately some of the stones were loose and the settings bent when I purchased it. I brought it to Dacels and they did an absolutely amazing job restoring the whole ring for me. It looks brand new and stunning. I can’t recommend them enough ❤️

Incredibly polite and non-judgmental. I walked in wearing work clothes and was treated with courtesy and respect and my silly questions were listened to and answers were explained clearly. They cleaned my grimy ring to look like new again in a few minutes and helped me get sized for a ring in less than a minute. Consummate professional with legitimate concern for my satisfaction with the work.

There is a huge benefit to working with a jeweler in person rather than the numerous online options. Customer service and quality are major differentiating factors. While Dacels has quality products, the person working with my partner and I did not not earn our trust or business. He made snide comments towards anyone even considering buying from elsewhere, was condescending when we mentioned a design that we had seen online and were wondering if there was anything with similar attributes in store, and did not show any active listening in what we were interested in, instead just pushing a product that we were not interested in.

Not only does this store have exquisite & unique jewerly, it has impeccable & refreshing personal service - Special thanks to Kathy Medak! - & makes you feel welcome and special every time you walk in the door, no matter what your budget. ?I initially went there from purely good words of mouth, for some jewerly cleaning & repair and have been frequenting them ever since!It's been there for decades & just found this Gem of a jewerly store in Factoria, Bellevue.

What a great experience working with Ryan, Mitch and the team on custom designing my wife's ring. We appreciate how they went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with the end result. They we very attentive, answered all our questions, and worked closely with us throughout the whole process. I have gone to this shop for 10 years to have my swiss watch maintained. It was a convenient location, so i didn't mind that they sent it out, and marked it up. They got the job done, and were nice. Took them over 3 week's to get a battery replaced and watch cleaned, but i was ok with that. More recently, i asked them to work on the watch, which required some welding. They indicated it would be too difficult, even though i had all the parts. Their in house person looked at it, and their recommendation was to buy a new watch. Fast forward a few months later, i stopped in at another watch repair shop. I showed them the watch. They took it in, evaluated it, welded it, got it all fixed in 1 day. So, bottom line, i would not recommend this place as a jeweler for fixing your watches. Can't speak to anything else.

Beware of this store. It is close to where we live, so my wife took her diamond wedding ring there for an insurance appraisal. Instead of doing this, the manager gave her a gloom and doom verbal pitch for repairs, saying that the ring was falling apart, needing at least $3,500 of work. The whole transaction had a bad vibe, like she was being hustled. Thereafter, she took the ring to her regular jeweler in downtown Seattle, who said that none of this was necessary.

Ryan and team are awesome! I have purchased most of our jewelry from Dacels and have never been disappointed! I stopped in on a Saturday to pick out something for our 25th wedding anniversary. Gave Ryan a few ideas and he put together exactly what I had picture. It was a project and his jewelry designer (forgot her name sorry) dropped everything and created an incredible ring and earrings which encompassed some stones from the ring in 3 days on time for anniversary! Incredible service! It's expensive but the jewelry is top notch and they always stand behind their work. We bring stuff in several times a year for tune ups and cleanings! They are wonderful! Thanks Ryan and team for always beating my expectations!
