If you're going to operate a business, then one of the most basic things to do is adhere to your own operating hours. I walked all the way over here in the morning, only to see that you hadn't opened the store, even though it was well past your open hours. Going forward, I'll simply go to the Safeway pharmacy across the street. At least their business is run more professionally.

extremely rude pharmacist, overtaking and ignoring questions to make sure their feedback was heard. very unprofessional and switching pharmacies. completely unacceptable to treat people and customers that way

Don't waste your time or money. CVS does not prioritize prescriptions, won't answer the phone, is short staffed and their stores are not well stocked. CVS has deteriorated so much that I avoid shopping there and certainly won't get my prescriptions filled with them.

Let me start by saying I was told they had major staff changes a month ago. I was only in town for a day. Had my Dr call in a prescription and it was ready in 15 minutes. They had to input my insurance info so I figured that would be a pain. Nope the pharmacist himself did it and I was in and out in about five minutes. Everyone was super nice. If I lived here I'd use this pharmacy.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I'm pretty shocked to see this location has 4.5 stars after 10+ recent 1 star reviews, all of which I second. This location is clearly understaffed and I don't blame the pharmacists but after years of no issues at this location, it all of a sudden is impossible to get a prescription. CVS used to have a great automatic refill notification system that seems to have been eliminated and you now have to fight for every refill. The online system will say "order confirmed" and you go back the next day and it's back to "request refill." If you try and call, no one answers (I stayed on hold for 40 mins). The only way to get a prescription is to wait in line. They had a consistent staff for the 5 years I went and I stopped seeing anyone I recognized in summer 2021 which is a big red flag - my read is a lot of their staff quit at once. The most concerning experience I had was after waiting in line I was told they couldn't refill a prescription because I had transferred it to a pharmacy in....rural Texas? Like a town so small they didn't even have a CVS. The Texas pharmacy didn't have a working phone number. I told them without a doubt that was not me and I could prove I hadn't left the state of WA in months. They said too bad I had to get a new prescription from my doctor (who would have had to approve a transfer and hadn't gotten a request obviously). I left and after multiple calls all of a sudden my $10/month prescription was going to cost hundreds because I "lost" a 3 month supply? I finally just said I was going to report them for a HIPPA violation bc they obviously shared my information with a 3rd party without my permission and suddenly the prescription was ready for the normal price. I'm hoping this was just a case of someone making a clerical error and not wanting to admit they were wrong, but it's scary to think something more sinister was possible. There are a number of other pharmacies in the area you should choose over this CVS. Something weird is going on here and they can't be trusted.

I had an appointment for my booster shot. Drove 30 mins just to get there and the line was long. I ask the pharmacist and she said they are out of vaccines and one the the technician is on her way to another CVS location to get more. She said I can wait for an hour or two but really not sure what time. Right before my scheduled appointment, and received text reminders but when arrived, no vaccine. This location is terribly incompetent and not up to standards as a national recognized pharmacy. Can't believe they are still in business after so many failures. DO NOT attempt to go there!

The pharmacy services went downhill in the last couple of months. Terrible service. It's the second time I ran out of pills. I called to refill 10 days in advance, I went to the store a week in advance, they assured me they ordered the medicine and they'll let me know when they arrive. They never did. Every visit to this pharmacy is a long wait, even an hour. Waited in line again, but the medicine is not ready, but i should try different pharmacies. The store itself (apart from the pharmacy) is great, same is the staff.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacist booked a whole bunch of vaccinations appointnents knowing that she is short staffed, extremely unprofessional leaving over 30 prescription individuals waiting in line while she was texting and taking the vaccination appointments first.

This location has no permanent pharmacy employees and barely functions. The drive thru isn't accessible (they closed it), and no one ever answers the phone because they do not have the staff to do either. I've been inside twice. The first time I waited in line for over 2 hours before giving up, and the next time I waited 2 hours for them to say they didn't have what I needed in stock. They have 1 or 2 people working at a time that they borrow from other locations, but they are obviously not happy to be there and pretty rude to customers.
