I really want to take a moment to say just how much I appreciate Custom Prescriptions. They take care of the prescriptions promptly. They help with glitches with the doctor's office. Mail the scripts out promptly. The medication is great. So glad that we have this great pharmacy! Thank you!

I needed a compounded gel made ASAP for an issue and Custom Prescriptions had it done the same day before they closed. I was worried I would need to wait multiple days to get the medicine but getting it same day helped quicken my recovery. The people here are also great and very helpful.

Been using this place several years. Cant speak to dog medicine but for human medicine they have been great. Since the medicine I get here helps keep me alive, and the service is always good, I'm giving an easy 5 stars. Also they recently have added a texting system to alert when your medication is ready. Thus many of the comments about poor insight into when your meds are actually ready are obsolete now.

They’re kind of the only game in town when it comes to compounding. I think their prices would be more reasonable if they had competition.

This business offers excellent customer service! Not only do they fill prescriptions quickly, they saved me today from being without my prescription all weekend. I called 5 minutes before closing, and they said one of their pharmacists would wait for me. They took my credit card and rang it up for me, then Huey, the best person in the world, waited for me until I arrived. Totally saved me, as this is a compounded prescription and would have been unavailable in other pharmacies. So thank you, Huey and thanks to the staff at Custom Prescriptions!

These guys are great, the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because I've never had an experience with a pharmacy, where I had to wait days to get my prescription. Hopefully this is a short term issue and they will be able to do same day within hours of placing order.

I've been ordering from Custom Prescriptions for several years now, and am constantly blown away by their customer service. The staff is patient, informative, and proactive. I feel confident and well cared for as a patient/customer. I particularly appreciate pharmacist Huey Yu's dedication to making sure my questions are answered, and my formulations are optimized for the needs of my rare medical condition. Calls with Huey and the entire Custom staff are some of the best, most human and kind experiences I have in my day-to-day medical life. Very grateful to find such a caring and professional compounding pharmacy in my area. Custom consistently goes above and beyond.
