City Flowers is my go to spot in Bellevue. I've ordered there many times, and every single time, their flower arrangements are exceptionally beautiful. They also have a spectacular gift shop where you can find many unique gifts for any occasion. Jonathan, the owner, and all of the staff that work there are kind, professional, and extremely talented. I can't recommend them enough!

I ordered a birthday gift online, which was very expensive and unique. I received an order confirmation. On the scheduled delivery date, I sent an email to confirm that everything was going as scheduled for delivery, and I was told that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock. They never emailed me to tell me there was any issue with the my order or the scheduled delivery date. They had a similar item, for 20% more, that they would be happy to deliver. Here is where it get's weird. The item they were trying to sell me (and sent me photos of) is THE EXACT SAME item I ordered, just $200 more. I tried to call them to clarify, and was placed on a never ending hold until I hung up. So if you aren't looking to have the birthday present you ordered, just not show up, and then be scammed out of more money, shop someplace else.

The first arrangement is what I ordered. The second arrangement is what I actually received! This is for a $300 arrangement! This is the second time that I've received a grossly substandard arrangement. The first time I was patient enough to deal with the manager and have the arrangement corrected. The second time this is even more ridiculous and completely unacceptable! They've lost my business for good! Such a waste!!

The flower arrangements are amazing and you really get what you pay for, but what really blew me away was the white glove service and the way the owner treated me from start to finish. I ordered flowers around what is probably one of the busiest days (Mother's Day) and made requests for adjustments to wording on the card, photos of the arrangement and I'm thinking for sure I'm going to get blocked! Instead they responded promptly and in detail assuring everything went smoothly. Truly a world class experience.

I felt rushed through the process and like she wanted to get back to answering the phones. I selected a plaster hand vase with flowers in it but noticed that a finger was chipped. She allowed me to trade it out and boxed it up. Before I gifted it I checked, and she had left the price sticker on!Overall, disappointed.

City Flowers is a neat little store filled with interesting goods. It's a particularly great place to go for holiday oriented decorations and gifts. My only issue is virtually everything is overpriced. Still, it's a fun place to walk through on a date.

Recently ordered the flowers, it was nice as expected, one thing which I didn't like that they didn't call the recipient to update them about the order, they just delivered it. Doesn't matter if recipient is aware about his order or not.
