After an incredibly frustrating experience at another dealership, we decided to head to Chevrolet of Bellevue to purchase our 2025 Chevy Trax there. We could not be happier with our sales guy ~ Michael Martinez! He was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at any point in our visit! Fantastic personality and easy to work with! We were in and out in no time! Highly recommend making the trip to Chevrolet of Bellevue for your next purchase and ask for Michael! We’ll be back to upgrade our Silverado too! :)

I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle, so I decided to visit this local dealership. My experience there was seamless and enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional communication and customer service. Salesman Michael and manager Taylor played crucial roles in helping me find the perfect car for my little family. Michael was personable and patient, never pressuring me. Taylor also demonstrated excellent communication, making it feel like we were all working together as a team. I absolutely love our Mazda CX-5, and for a great deal! Ultimately, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to come to this dealership, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I strongly recommend avoiding Chevrolet of Bellevue.
Our car buying experience was extremely frustrating. We financed through our bank and got the loan fully approved and promissory note issued the same evening we signed the purchase agreement, but it still took two weeks before we could pick up the car because the dealership sent incorrect or incomplete documents to the bank three times. At the same time, the finance manager called me to try to get me to use their financing instead, saying our bank would take a week to process the loan. Once the bank received the correct form, it was under 48 hours for the dealership to receive the funds, so I don't know if the finance manager was intentionally misleading or just uninformed.
Additionally, when we finally got the car, it was missing multiple accessories listed in the advertisement on their website. After much back and forth I got one sorted out while picking up the car, but I was so distracted by that I didn't notice the floor mats were missing. I tried to get in touch with the sales person or manager, but they won't even respond to my emails.

I recently purchased a 2021 Bolt EV from Chevrolet of Bellevue. I worked with Monica, Miguel, and Matt, and all three were wonderful to work with. Monica was incredibly knowledgable about the cars, Miguel made the buying process clear and understandable, and Matt walked me through all the of necessary paperwork in a clear and concise way. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Michael literally spent the day with us helping us look at 5 trucks. We didn’t buy the one we came in to look at but we did end up buying the one we wanted. Everyone her was very helpful. Super excited to get in the new truck.

Michael (salesman) and Cohen (finance manager) at Chevrolet of Bellevue went above and beyond to make our car buying experience quick and easy, especially since we were on a time crunch. Michael was extremely patient with all of the questions my husband had and went out of his way to get answers and work a deal that worked for us. After hearing our negative experience regarding an extended warranty package from another dealership, Cohen offered to look into the problem we were experiencing. They are extremely knowledgeable and lived up to every promise. Unlike other dealerships we have gone to, Michael checked in with us after we already purchased our new vehicle to make sure we were still completely satisfied with their service. We cannot say enough great things about the service we received.
