Esperanza (I hope I got your name spelled correctly) was really friendly, professional and patient with a foreign student like myself. I don’t normally write reviews but I really think she deserves a raise! Ever since the first time we met, she was able to recognize me and address me by my name whenever I step foot into the bank. There were numerous occasions where I needed help with financing my car, my wife’s hospital bills as well as closure of my account when I left the country. She was always there, ready to help!
Thank you Esperanza! It’s really nice meeting you!

Worst experience I ever had in US. Rude and impatient to customers. If any Chase manager sees this post, you should fire all staff in this branch. It’s ruining Chase reputation.

If you're eyeing Chase's services, the experience at another branch is leagues better – a solid ten thousand times better, to be precise.Patric Wu's memory is as reliable as a sieve in holding onto IDs. His enthusiasm for credit cards blossomed faster than my account balance.Missed out on a $200 reward because of a coupon oversight – my bad for thinking promotions were part of the paperwork. Complained today, and his supervisor treated my tardy grievance like a stand-up comedy act. Well, congrats to them; my $200 could've thrown a lavish Halloween bash. Cheers to banking drama!

The Indian woman at the front seems to have an issue with displaying passive-aggressive behavior. Approximately a month ago, I had an incident involving a fellow employee, a tall Caucasian man, who became confrontational. He made statements like, "We could address this outside, anywhere, and anytime. Just talk to me." He almost felt like a UFC fighter talking to me that wayHe approached me closely and persisted with verbal aggression as I walked away. When I requested to speak to a manager, he provided a contact number for an individual who appeared unfamiliar with Chase Bank.- I do not recommend this branch.

I'm not sure why there are 2 staff trying to talk to me at the same time? I don't know that Chase also offer a multi-tasking test to their customers. One more thing is despite the fact that I already had an appointment, I still have to stand and talk to the staff right in front of the walk-in door. Does Chase run out of room for their appointment or something? Feel like I'm the one bothering the staff with my present, and they just want me to leave asap :/

I’m originally a business owner from Los Angeles but my business operates in Colorado and Shanghai. As we head into a new era of financial instability with these banks going underwater due to inflation, I need to allocated my funds in a more reliable, secured bank, like JP Morgan Chase. There is one thing I just tell you though, I’ve got about 6-7 different bank accounts , and NOBODY does it like chase. Let me reiterate, the aesthetic and the environment when you walk into a chase branch, gives off luxury, yet comfort at the same time. The ways the employees are all respectful and hold themselves to a professional standard is what did it for me. Customer service is unmatched unlike no other, I like to be greeted as I walk into a bank and ask if I need any help, I appreciate feeling like I’m more than just another number, i value the relationship side of things as well as the business side when it comes to chase. One of the private client representatives Eric, actually helped me out so much when it came to understanding what my overview was, where I’m currently at and where I’d like to be headed. He did a phenomenal job of explaining in depth all of the different possible solutions and products chase has to offer, but yet , he didn’t make me feel like I was just some client , he made me feel as if he genuinely wanted me to succeed with my finances as much as his own. Eric gave off an amazing example of setting the tone for this chase branch in particular, now when I think of chase, I think of individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied as clients, friends , and business partners.

I'm originally from Los Angeles and was up here in Washington for some business, so I decided I'd make a stop by this Chase branch in Bellevue since I had a few underlying questions about my business and current relationship status with Chase. To be quite honest with you, I already don't have a good experiences with some chase branches back in Los Angeles as they operate very differently. What I can say though from my personal experience after being at this branch in Bellevue was... My goodness did this branch really just set the tone in quality of customer service and professionalism. This is exactly how I expect EVERY SINGLE bank in the United States to be. As I walked in, I was personally greeted by the branch manager himself, Devin, and he even introduced me to some of his colleagues and employees, which already shows respect and professionalism and great customer service and he had just met me for the first time. Secondly, a little key factor I noticed as well, was that all of the cubicles and offices at this chase branch were occupied by employees assisting clients. There was no empty space, this branch is operating at maximum efficiency! Another thing was that, there were no clients at all, just standing around or waiting to be helped. I really mean when I say this, EVERY SINGLE client that was there at Chase was asked by one of the representatives if they needed help or assistance with anything, or even just the little things like asking how their day is going. These little things go a very very long way in creating such an atmosphere of expectations that once you go to chase, you really don't wanna go back to banking with another company. Once I was directed to the proper department, I was helped by one of the business relationship managers, Anthony, and again, words really cannot express the level of customer service that Anthony provided to my business partner and I. Once again, he answered every single question that we had plus more, and even went into depth on all of the different business products and opportunities that Chase has to offer, which speaks volumes. I even really appreciate the fact that at times there was a question or two that even Anthony himself did not know, instead of giving me an uncertain answer, he was honest, and said that he actually did not know the answer to my question, and he asked around to other colleagues if they knew the answer. That is some true character right there and it goes to show that he genuinely wanted to help. I really appreciate this Chase branch in Bellevue, Thank you so much.

I needed to open a new account went in to open a new account with Patrick Wu. A Private Client Banker at Chase. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the experience was, and how much Patrick contributed to making it a smooth and enjoyable process! ??From the moment I walked into the branch, Patrick was welcoming, and eager to help me get this process started. He listened attentively to my specific needs and provided detailed information on the various business account options available. He also patiently answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt well-informed and confident in my decision-making process and made helpful recommendations. What stood out the most was Patrick's in-depth knowledge of the banking industry, as well as his genuine commitment to helping me find the best solution for my business. He went above and beyond by offering advice on various financial products and services that would benefit my company, taking the time to explain how each one could contribute to my business's growth.Patrick's level of professionalism and enthusiasm made the entire experience a breeze. He took care of every detail, from setting up the account to providing access to online banking and mobile app features. I appreciated his prompt communication and willingness to follow up after our meetings, ensuring everything was running smoothly.Patrick demonstrated a level of empathy and understanding that truly set him apart. He recognized the importance of my business's success to me and made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. It was evident that Patrick genuinely cared about my business and my financial well-being. I cannot recommend Patrick Wu and the Chase banking team highly enough. If you're in need of any banking services, particularly for your business, do yourself a favor and seek out Patrick at Chase. His expertise, dedication, and passion for customer service will undoubtedly leave you just as impressed as I am. ?

I like banking with chase overall but the customer service in this branch is terrible. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the customers.I wanted to open an account but after waiting for an hour even after an appointment, ended up opening an account with BECU instead.Chase should improve online experience and close this branch.

Avoid banking with Chase--they'll use your money to fund fossil fuels. Since the 2016 Paris Climate Accord, the fossil fuel industry got $269 billion from Chase. There’s no excuse for pipelines to keep being built or for banks to keep funding them. Chase can afford to end these investments in dirty energy, but they'll only do it if we--their customers--show them we're turning away from them because of their investments. #TakeoverChase #StopTheMoneyPipeline
