The white blonde front desk lady is the rudest woman I have ever met. Do not go here if you don’t absolutely need to. Hell on Earth

I've been continually impressed with the quality and professionalism of the entire staff at the Bellevue Schwab location, from the front desk, to Channer (investment consultant), to Mike (one of their senior advisors), the team has been excellent.

Super helpful staff, friendly staff. Helped me check and scan my solo 401k setup paperwork. I wish they made this easier to do online via a digital form that checked fields while you fill it out, but o well.

Had to transfer some stock certificates, and the staff at the Bellevue office were terrific to work with. They carefully reviewed the forms and noted where there was missing information. And then Jasmine and Cassidy quickly finalized the packet so it could be sent in that day's overnight mail. The short-term parking and validated longer term parking makes it easy to go to their office. Highly recommend this very professional team!

Mixed experiences. Raised from 1 star to 2 stars, maybe headed higher. After some investigation, I was told by two guys named Zach on the Schwab general line to go to the Bellevue office to submit an application for an account. The Zachs also told me that the Bellevue office should be able to print out the filled-in PDF application form. They said that I could make an appointment, and mentioned that I should talk to someone named Bonnie Tran. Here are the 3-strikes issues that I had with the local office:1) When I rang up the local number for the Bellevue office to make an appointment, I was routed again to a national phone line, not to someone in Bellevue. The national person told me that I did not need an appointment and that they would print the form. No chance to schedule a meeting with Bonnie Tran.2) The next day before going in to the Bellevue office I called the local number again and tried very hard to talk to someone there to confirm all. I was routed to a guy in Texas, and even he could not figure out any way to talk to someone in the Bellevue office. He was skeptical about how much help the Bellevue office was going to be with printing this form.3) I went to the Bellevue office that day and they refused to print my copy of their application form. My husband uses Fidelity and the Fidelity office in nearby Tukwila has printed out needed forms for him.Don't expect customer service from the local Schwab office for anything out of the ordinary. I also have an account with Fidelity and I recommend Fidelity, including Fidelity's local Bellevue office which I have visited in the past. However - later there were some things that I liked. Will adjust my review based on future experiences.

Customer service is beyond incompetent. My financial advisor said they cannot help me with doing a Roth Conversion. I contacted the main customer support line several times throughout Oct-Dec. Not one mentioned there is a December 1st deadline!! The last one gave me the number to Retirement Services. I asked about where to put my account numbers on the forms. She said nothing. I decided to check the forms again and found it. No customer service at all. If the Conversion is not processed will be closing the account and moving it elsewhere.

Awful! There should be a way to call your phone number and actually reach someone in the branch! I miss TDAmeritrade.

I don't like the staff at this branch. They do not know how to deal with sophisticated Africans. Please diversity your staff. Start with the woman at the front desk. She tries to punch way above her weight class.Clients from all backgrounds should feel warm coming in to deposit their money.

They probably don't want any more clients. The white woman at the front desk is terrible. Apparently, she cannot say anything other than NO. Rule is rule I understand, but your attitude is another story.

Being a cash free bank makes it super inconvenient for their customers. They told me “any bank can write a cashiers check” for me so I went to Umpqua and this is false, they cannot unless I have an account.

Communication is importantWhen you call the Bellevue Schwab Branch no one answers the phone. I was following up on a question the Bellevue branch had about a transaction I had made the day before. I tried calling the phone at the Bellevue Schwab branch but I could not connect with a person at the local branch. It seems Schwab has lost the importance of having a local branch to serve the people in the area. What could have been a simple call to a local representative ended up with me driving to the office. I don't believe it's a question of having people available because when I arrived at the local branch, three representatives were at the front desk. After finishing my business with one of the representatives, I tried calling from the lobby. I got transferred to Texas.I would ask Schwab to please pickup the phone and talk with your clients.

Call the Bellevue Branch today and wanted to get an idea of their customer service because TD Ameritrade will be merging into Charles Schwab this year. Totally disappointed. Maybe it's time to shop around other brokerage bank.
