Come in on Nov 7th at 3:15pm to pay my house loan. The teller shut out loud " you don't have money in your account " .May be to you, it's just the one of accounts at your bank, but to us , it's a financial commitment to us. Or may be a word of " Insufficient funds” sounds less sharp?!

This place is ridiculous! What bank doesnt cash in change or bills for people? I mean seriously! I called them on the phone and asked them if they would cash in change and bills for me because I have a bunch of $1 and $5 bills I save up, then drove out here from north bend, mind u! Then they tell me they can't do it! Wow!
