Best place for all my dogs over the past 10 years! Dr. Wallingford personally owns greyhounds and understands their unique needs. I have Italian Greyhounds and love how she manages their care. I also appreciate how caring the staff is and always receive a follow up call if one of my dogs has had a medical issue.

Although it took me a while to locate the clinic because of the nearby construction, I can't be happier and more satisfied with their services. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wallingford showed her professionalism and that she knows a lot about cats. Her and Jen did a great job handling my angry cat that no other vet was ever able to before.

I found the clinic after asking a greyhound group for recommendations. Their staff is wonderful and attentive. I’ve been in clinics where they’re so busy, it feels like the doctors are rushing through an exam. This was not the case here.Zephyr had a full check. We talked at length of concerns and the doctor took time to answer all my questions.I loved them so much I already scheduled an appointment for my second dog.

I had been a client for several years but moved to North Bend so I switched clinics. When I wanted to find out how much it would cost to have my dogs teeth cleaned I was told they would have to charge me a $25.00 fee to become a client again.Unless I paid the $25.00 they would not quote me a price. WHAT?!?

I had been going to the Cat & Dog Clinic of Bellevue for years. There was no one better than Dr Bowerman, sadly he retired years ago but I continued on there. Finding an honest vet is difficult in this day and age and most do not care about anything other than the money they can get from you. They will make up stories about your animals teeth being bad. Pros: The Cat&Dog Clinic of Bellevue did not do this, they were pretty honest. Cons: After the pandemic Dr Wallingford lost a lot of staff. So I was kicked off my account after only two years of inactivity at this clinic that I had been attending for 15 years. Apparently Dr Wallingford wants you on a subscription plan of frequent welne$$ visits, else you won't make them enough money to be worth their time with such short staffing right now. If you are ok with shelling out money every 6 months for wellness check-ups for every animal you own, then the Cat & Dog Clinic of Bellevue is for you. But if you are on a budget with several animals and only take your animals to the vet when they are sick, take your fur babies elsewhere! UPDATE: The clinic has commented that I have not brought that one pet there for 5 years. That is correct. What is not correct is insinuating I brought that pet elsewhere. That pet has not been to the doctor in 5 years! But I had my other pet there in 2020. When I called their office now in 2022 they said my account is closed due to inactivity after only two years during a pandemic when hardly anyone was going to the vet or doctor or even getting their haircut for that matter!!!!

I love this vet clinic. We have been through so much with them and they have been so caring and wonderful. They are so amazing with our geriatric dog and our anxious cats. They helped us through the passing of one of our cats and I can't imagine how I would have gotten through such a difficult time without the amazing vets and techs at this office. I tear up thinking about how caring and empathetic they have been. I appreciate them so much.

My client used this vet for years. So, while dog sitting my clients dog I had some concerns regarding UTI symptoms. She told me that this is a vet familiar with her dog and I could call them. So, I made an appointment to drop him off and they would squeeze him in between clients. I did just that. Silence all day. Dropped him off at 9:30. I filled out paperwork quickly and left. Apparently curbside service paperwork has something in small writing that essentially says they'll do any tests or work they see necessary while they have your dog. Yes, that's right. They won't call you to ask if you can afford x amount of tests. They'll just do them. I didn't see this fine print. So, I call around 3:30 pm. They said the vet was still busy but would reach out. I call again around 4:40 as they close at 6 and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I'm frustrated. What's going on? The person on the phone mentioned an X-ray. First Red flag. I didn't authorize this, but that sneaky paperwork gave them leverage. I didn't know this yet.. I show up and as I pull in the vet calls me. She explains all the things she did to try and find the cause for his shade of urine. They find bacteria in the urine samples I provided. Then I find out about all the other work she did that was honestly completely unnecessary. I'm definitely getting frustrated in this moment. The receptionist came out with the medication (antibiotic) and paperwork. I was super mad when I saw the total. $604 before taxes. $604 for a UTI concern. They had a heyday. $148.10 for unnecessary bloodwork. $198.99 for unnecessary X-ray's. $78.30 for an unnecessary CPLI Snap test (Pancreas test) It should of been $75 for the examination, $35 for the work in appointment, $49 for the urinalysis with the two urine samples provided, and $21.30 for the chewable antibiotic. There are $424.40 in unnecessary charges when we simply wanted to rule out a UTI. I'm sure this is an exceptional veterinarian, but I would never recommend them after this experience. It's downright shady in my opinion to mislead people with paperwork that's actually a contract/agreement that has fine print which can hold you accountable for anything they want to charge you with. My client is furious, but thankfully it hasn't affected our working relationship. I can only hope this veterinarian will learn from this and explain things better regarding curbside service vs in person appointments. It's completely misleading. (Two days ago I had a dog at a different vet. It was attacked and had significant injuries. That bill was only $340 and involved wound care and stitches etc. This bill was nearly double the amount for a uti concern. Let that sink in. Unacceptable.)

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for over 5 years and have had a great experience. Dr. Wallingford is wonderful! She is so good with my pups and is great with we humans also. She is kind and compassionate and I know that my fur friends are in good hands with her. The staff is great and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The vet techs are very compassionate and knowledgeable and take time to explain things. I really feel that Dr. Wallingford and her staff care about my dogs and I trust them. I believe that they want to make the vet experience the best one possible for my dogs and go out of their way to achieve this.

Great place for our cats. The vets are friendly, detail-oriented and take the time to ensure pet owners know what is going on and how to care for their furry family members
