Within about 3-4 months my king original mattress got so soft. The mattress is now 14 months old and I have since had to put a flat pillow under the sheets to be able to sleep. I have been having the worst sleep of my life with this very expensive my mattress. When I was making the purchase I trusted the quality but now I see it is all a lie.I now have severe back pain and can't afford to purchase another mattress a year later.I previously had a more affordable foam double mattress that cost only $450 and had great sleep on that mattress. I was still able to sell that mattress before I upgraded to Casper because it was still firm.This mattress was the most expensive and worst purchase of my life.I have filed a claim from 3 weeks ago and I had to keep following up. They finally told me they don't see the issue. Even though I sent pictures of how much my 120lb body sinks into the mattress.I'm so mad I could cry but I will be taking more pictures and filing again.If I had the money I would just buy another cheaper mattress to not deal with the stress.

We went in to buy a mattress for my son (age 11). The saleswoman, Evy, greeted us and asked if she could help. When I said we were buying a mattress for my son, she turned to him and started asking him questions. She showed him mattresses tailored for his desire (soft mattress) and treated him like he was the customer. We bought a mattress and picked it up the next day. Once we unboxed it, placed it on the frame and cut the plastic, it inflated in minutes. The process could not have been easier and my son loves his new mattress. But the best part of the process was Evy. For those of us with kids, we are well aware when salespeople treat them like babies or even ignore them. The fact that she spent extra attention on the true "customer" made this experience all the better.

Overpriced store with mediocre quality products. The store sales people also did not respect my personal space by touching my arms and hands. They also did not provide a return/replacement item for a ‘final Sale’ item that we were not informed of. Terrible customer service experience.

I’m glad there’s a Casper mattress store in this state to try them out but I wasn’t expecting to be pounced on like I’m at a used car lot. I walked in and there were a few associates in the store. I was the only customer at the time and everyone got up ready to attack! It seemed desperate and tacky. If I needed help, I know how to ask for help. The store isn’t that big. Having everyone stood up and looked at me when I came in made me feel very uncomfortable. Just one employee to greet is enough but to have everyone stood up like they’re ready to pitch to me was intimidating and cheesy to say the least. I didn’t like that at all so I didn’t stay too long in fear of not being able to look around comfortably on my own and having to tell everyone “no I’m just looking.” Relax guys, us customers knows how to ask for help if we need it, calm down!

This is the only location in WA and thank goodness they’re here! It was great to be able to come in and try out all the mattresses because buying online can be so challenging. The reps were wonderful and so knowledgeable. We had such an amazing experience here and being able to take home our mattress the same day in a box without having to tie it down on the roof of our car is wonderful! They even offered curbside service which was a plus! Highly recommend Casper ❤️

Never thought I'd review a mattress store, but they made the experience so easy I felt I had to. We were given ample time and these little private rooms to test out the beds, and the sales person was very knowledge and not pushy at all. I'd even go so far as to say it was fun!

Visited the store a month ago and was helped by Kelly. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I loved trying out the mattresses in the store. She presented different options and was very good at communicating in person, over the phone, and through email. I didn't feel pressured to buy or buy more than what I needed. I love the mattress and adjustable bed frame that I got.

A bed and 2 pillows later, I'm still happy with my purchase! Furniture and appliances shopping is perhaps my absolute least favorite things to shop for, it's just not fun and it's expensive, but you need it. After my client convince me that if you're asleep for 8 hours of your day, that's 33% of your life right there and how important it is to invest in a good bed for quality sleep. Well, after turning 30, I realized that having a good bed reduces back pain and body aches, I can't believe that's a thing now. I actually found out about Casper when I was checking out Purple bed at Macy's but ended up not liking it at all and was browsing around and really liked the Casper model they had there, they only had 2 models for me to try and I assume the staff at the official Casper store would know more about Casper than at Macy's, good thing there's a location also here in Bellevue Square. The pillows have been wonderful also, I get the original and the down model to switch back and forth. Delivery was really easy, they took my old mattress so I didn't have to worry about putting it up on OfferUp and have random people stopping by my home. Jacy was super knowledgeable and so very helpful!!! We had been mattress shopping for a few hours and were over hearing the sales pitches. She left us alone and let us try out the mattresses on our own. Answered every question for us and we picked up the bed that day!! She made the whole experience so great!

The shopping experience at this store was one of the best I've ever had. We ended up buying their mattress, sheets and pillows due to the stellar customer support that Kelly, one of the store supervisors, provided to us during our shopping trip. We recently moved and are having a kid and were in the market for a new mattress and were overwhelmed by all the options. We were going to go with a much more expensive mattress option but decided to stop by the Casper store on whim. Kelly was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, never made us feel pressured, was personable and very responsive when we had follow-up questions via email and phone after we left the store to make a decision. We ultimately ended up going with the Casper given the value and guarantee and want to thank Kelly for all her help!
