I have had many items reupholstered including, chairs updated with new webbing and cushions over the last 5+ years. Each time I have received great customer service and completed in a timely manner. All items that I have had redone are amazing, comfortable, and gorgeous. I get so many compliments on my furniture I have had done at Cascade Upholstery. I gave a 5 star, wish I could give 10 stars. I highly recommend working with Cascade Upholstery, you won’t be disappointed:)

I just had the greatest experience at Cascade Upholstery! A button on my couch cushion came off, and Alice said I could come drop in the next day to get it fixed. I took it in today and they fixed it within 5 minutes! She didn't even charge me for it. Now that is great customer service! I will definitely be returning here for any upholstery needs in the future. Thank you Alice!

Alice and her team are brilliant and so easy to work with. They are thoughtful and really dial in all the details so you know your project is going to finish at its best. The customer service is abysmal. After calling, then sending e mail with pictures and measurements as requested, resending pictures... the promised estimate took days to come back. I called, Erin looked, it hadn't been sent. When it was finally sent, the price to reupholster my Art Deco chair was, wait for it, $3500. This chair requires no reconstruction, just reupholstering. I answered the email and included a screenshot from Angie's list (after input of specs and detailed description) showing the medium "high range" for this work in my area is $1,700. I invited a conversation of why my estimate is double the high range and that I was eager to do the work, all else being equal. That was 2 business days ago and here, late Friday, no response via phone or e mail. I only rate 2 stars because it seems others may be happy with the quality of work. Maybe that was under the 'old' owners? No matter, avoid unless you like shabby 'out of communication no-service, the consequential inconveniences of delayed projects and just plain taking the customers for granted.

I can't say enough amazing things about Cascade Upholstery. Upholstery Bellevue offers some great choices, UNTIL YOU GO TO ALLISON'S SHOP! They absolutely blow the competition out of the water. As a women, I felt far more comfortable in this clean and open establishment.

I recently decided to up date some furniture that I had brought here from the Calabria region in Southern Italy. Needless to say I was very apprehensive. When you have these two... Let's just say your favorite leather couch can get demolished when your gone for the weekend... I called around however wasn't very impressed until I spoke with Alison. Also, the level of work was better than the original upholstery job! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. Thanks guys. Best upholstery repair in Bellevue or the entire Puget Sound for that matter.
