Dominique helped me at the store and was absolutely wonderful! She even gave me an honest opinion on which shoes to choose, which I really appreciated. I wore the shoes to a wedding and got so many compliments! And Dominique helped me sign up for the walking society to get 10% off! 10/10 experience :)

Very happy with the customer service! I bought boots from here year ago. One of the seams started to rip a few months ago. I brought the boots back to ask if they could help me with them. Apparently they have a 2 year warranty, but I did not have my receipt anymore. Instead, Patrick looked up the receipt they sent me in email. He said I could get a full refund, but I had to return the boots. I looove these boots, so I asked if I could exchange them for a new pair. Even though the boots were out of season, Patrick went ahead and searched Ecco’s inventory. He found one in my size and is shipping the new pair to my home. I appreciate that he 1. Found my emailed receipt and 2. Searched for the boot despite being out of season. Thank you for your professional, friendly and resourceful customer service!!I’d like to add another positive comment from when I purchased the boot in March 2023. After trying on a few different shoes in the store, I told the salesperson (I don’t remember her name) that I was looking for a specific type of boot. After listening to my description, she recalled they had just received a return of a pair of boots. They had just the one pair of these boots. I tried them on and they were perfect!! Again, the salesperson was engaged in our transaction and was able to help me find what I needed.

The manager is really helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your patience and attentive services. I bought my pair of boot online, the online sizing was not correct. The manager and staff was able to help me to process the refund (although it took a bit longer than what I expected) and getting the right size for me. Thanks for your helps!..:)..

I had purchased a pair of Twin Casual Shoes, but they were not working for me. I returned to the store today to exchange. The woman working while I was there, was very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have orthotics that go into any shoe I wear. My foot felt crowded when I put the orthotic in. She recommended thinner Camper Insoles. Problem solved. I can no longer wear heels of any kind and am thankful that women's wear has committed to cool flat or nearly flat shoes. Also very pleased to have a pair of Camper Shoes as I admire their style. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She is an elegant woman of color, great sense of style and very familiar with the products she sells.

Any company that decides to terminate their employee while having Covid is not a good company. Yeah the shoes are nice but in a world where this illness exist there is no compassion at Camper. I’m happy I didn’t spend my money.

Great store for this interesting Spanish shoe brand - small size but a really excellent selection of styles, sizes and colors! But the best part was the excellent service - their staff really knows their products and the woman who helped me was super friendly and helpful. Great experience!
