This store takes advantage of elderly! My 88 year old Mom purchased window coverings for 4 windows; 3 curtains and 1 shade. The cost was $8900.00!!!! My Mom is in low income housingThe order was delayed by a month. In addition, she had to make you pay the secind half a week prior to installation. Guess it was in the fine print of the order. Mom was not happy with installation and they had to return to fix the curtains that were too short.

Calico is good. Lots of beautiful fabrics. Nice staff. But sadly nothing that met my requirements for my big wing back chair.But stop by for your upholstery and curtain needs!

This is a store with lovely fabric but inexperienced designers. If you know exactly what you want, and are willing to walk the designer thru every single detail it may work for you.

I have been a customer of Calico Corners for over 25 years, but no more. I have a traditional home and was looking for upholstery fabric in either blue or yellow or both. All of their fabric was appropriate for contemporary furniture. The predominant colors were white, black, gray, beige. The salesperson Margaret seemed to not understand what I meant by traditional furniture nor did she show me any fabric appropriate for a pair of wingback chairs. When I asked to see Ralph Lauren fabric, the store had only 7- 8 samples. Calico appears to be no longer selling remnants or seconds of high quality fabric, but is now selling brands no one ever heard of. Although I brought a pillow whose color I was trying to match, the salesperson must have been color blind when she showed me black to match blue. It was also obvious she was completely uninterested in making a sale. This is not the store it used to be , not the store that made me roman blinds, upholstered furniture, or where I used to buy beautiful fabric and received excellent service.I won't be back.

Most amazing store. Had a custom bedspread crafted here and it has lasted 10+ years, 3 states and multiple countries. Super high quality product that is also beautiful.

Terrible service. I ordered 3 fabrics, which they told me would be available after a month. There was no email/ indication of their arrival even after a month. When I checked in to find out why, only one of the fabrics could be located. The customer service representative that I spoke to did not have the courtesy to apologise for the delay and would not even give me an estimate of how much more time it would take. They love doing things over the phone so be prepared to dictate your complicated name and address over a spotty landline connection. Too expensive and definitely not worth a return visit. Additionally, they use technology from the 90s. It was my mistake for even walking in the door.

Ordered fabric for mom-in-law. We needed many yards of material. She made drapes for the living room. The support she received from Calico was amazing. Any time she had a question along the way in making these drapes, they helped answer. How to properly measure, can two fabric products be cleaned in the same way, thread suggestions, etc. Product arrived on time and the look was great when she was finished. I wish to thank the staff who go out of their way to assist a customer. You are appreciated. Thank you.
