My Service experience at this Dealership has been exceptional . I think GM/Cadillac would be very proud to know how well they treat their customers . Gabe Acevedo my advisor has gone above and beyond , most importantly he has earned my trust . Hard to say such strong positive words about most other dealerships nationally. On a side note he is a wine connoisseur and have rec’d great recommendations about Walla Walla wineries. When I buy my next Cadillac it will be because of my pleasant experience with Gabe and the support team . I am sure such training has come from their Leadership . Kudos to them .

Car buying can be one of the most strung out pain staking experiences. Not at Cadillac of Bellevue! While out on a whim just wanting to take a look at a CT5-V and a test drive, we found ourselves at Cadillac of Bellevue.
My wife and I were on our way to a competitor’s lot because it was closer to our house, that was our first mistake. We had called Cadillac of Bellevue to see if they had a CT5-V on their lot, on our way to Shoreline, which they did have one. The down fall was it was sold the night before, so being an excellent dealership we were allowed to look at it from the outside, I knew then we would be in good hands.
As we pulled into the parking lot we were instantly greeted by a young enthusiastic sales man. Which had lead us to the salesman we dealt with on our new purchase of a 2024 CT5-V. When we were introduced to Rami, he instantly took care of us. Rami had listened to what we were looking for and took instant care of us working with an excellent sales team. Though the car on their lot had sold the night before, Rami had started working with Nate locking in a test drive for us on a completely different CT5-V other than the one that was sold. Seeing the way the sales team worked together brought back memories of how a team should work together. We had our 20th anniversary CT5-V on order and in route!
It has only been a couple days since taking possession of the vehicle but most definitely know we are and will be in excellent hands! I know without a doubt in my mind that I can call anytime with questions and will be taken care of! I do owe one of the BIGGEST thank you to Rami! And look forward to doing future business.

When I and my sister in law decided that each of us want to lease a Lyriq, we went out to get the feel for the local dealers in the area. I went to Cadillac of Bellevue and she went to other dealer in Shoreline. I had a pleasent interaction with Paige, first person to greet me and I had a positive impression that she knows her stuff. Believe me I've seen countless sale person who knows nothing about the cars that they are selling. She was different and she managed to get both of us to lease Lyriqs. General manager Nate was also great. I've owned many luxury brands over the years but never a Cadillac and they made my first exprience a great one. Plus they have the largest inventory of Lyriqs in the state and I love their large and relatively new looking dealership facility.

I purchased a XT4 yesterday from Brenda Sanchez (Sales Associate), while I never enjoy the car buying experience, I found Ms. Sanchez to be very professional, friendly and intentional. I would fully recommend you ask for her, if you are buying a Cadillac.
I also fully appreciate the quality of my vehicle purchased. The detailing was great. The facility is clean and professional and they host (hostess) their clients very well.

Best place to buy a car and to get service. My check engine light came on and from the time I made my appointment to the time I walked out they were the most kind staff. I had to bring my two kids with me and it was completely comfortable. Repeatedly asked if we were ok if we wanted water, coffee, if the kids needed snacks, interacted with my kids. The part that needed replaced was in stock and speedy to fix. I highly recommend this place.
