I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.

Looks nice and good. So I try to join the membership. I went there. The guy in the charge saying to me all information in the website and I can try 2 weeks half price.
Later, I check the website but everything is full. Looks like I can’t even start the training.
I call them. Nobody answered the phone. They call me later saying same thing every detail in the website and I can join from there.
This place looks good but hard to join.
Waste my time and energy.
Wish they upgrade the website.

Signing up for this gym was one of the best decisions I have done in 2023. The trainers are all incredible and so friendly as well. From the moment I started I felt the whole staff was committed to learning my goals and helping me achieve them.
Their nutrition program has also helped me develop healthy habits and completely redefined how I see food.
I highly recommend it!

bStrong is a great gym for improving strength and overall fitness. Workouts are thoughtfully organized and help improve strength, cardio, balance and stability. Great group of knowledgeable, friendly coaches and fun, clean environment for working out.

Came in here for almost 3 years.One of the best places to understand and work on your fitness. They treat every member like a part of a family. I met amazing coaches and people who I can gladly call friends.If you have questions on nutrition or lifestyle, they gladly help you on that.There are free sessions on powerlifting, stretching and nutrition from time to time if you need work on the basics.

Absolutely love this gym! I looked around a bunch of gyms when I initially moved to Washington and felt the most at home here. The coaches are knowledgeable, and they push you to hit your session goals. BStrong has a strong community too which makes it much more fun (sometimes competitive) working out with other friendly members!

I started the workouts here about a month back and it has been pretty great. All the coaches I have worked with (Philip, Blake, Kyle, Hannah, Sarah, Charles) have been awesome and helpful. They come up with a plan and guidelines that's compatible with me and my abilities, keep an eye to ensure the right technique and encourage to push myself and get better steadily. Always encourage to - you do you push to be the best version of yourself.(also a +1 to all the nice things other reviewers have said :))

Really great team, very thoughtful exercises focused on functional gains, coaches are great at modifying based on your needs and very responsive on email and in small group sessions. I find the focus on balance and functional strength training valuable across all age groups, easily one of the best places I have worked out at (tried other cross fit like locations, orange theory, kick boxing…)

Best gym in Bellevue with excellent trainers!! Their workout plan is effective with focus on both cardio as well as weight training. I have been going to Bstrong for over two years now and I have loved every second of it! Thanks to their guidance and the fun environment/community they have created, I have been able to achieve my fitness goals and so much more!
