Good place for self serve car wash. Always busy and usually takes 30-45 minutes to get out of wash. I wish instructions are clear and displayed outside. Soap foaming, water are good but brush seems old and didn't feel good to use on car.

SELF WASH at EVERY Brown Bear: A disappointment literally every single time. If there were other self-wash carwash options anywhere nearby I would never come to any Brown Bear Car Wash ever again. Aren't monopolies illegal? If somebody opened a legitimate competitor they could do great. Want to go in on one?
I tried about five different BBCW places with Self Wash and they all share the same poor characteristics. Low water pressure, ineffective soap brush, slow responses from the system meaning it takes quite a while for the prewash or the soap to start flowing - and it may be never does - while your dollars tick away on the clock. Plus fairly high prices per minute. It's unBEARable.

Good vaccum. When I visited in 6/29/24, it was $2 for 5mins. Affordable in my opinion.

First time self washing my car. Great tools and instructions. I found it pretty relaxing. Saved me 80 bucks.

It's a DIY car wash. The soap smells like the best red licorice you've ever had. Just pay attention to the timer above the card reader!!! every time you tap the button it charges 25 cents and adds time, if you hold the button for 2 seconds while you're figuring this out, it stops the wash and your time/money dissappear.

Check your credit card statement. Charged me $24 X 2 to use the vacuum.

So wonderful that there is still a do-it-yourself car wash. So cheap and includes different choices of soap, pressure, length of time, and a vacuum too!!

I'm a big fan of self-service car washes, but there are a couple of aspects I find disappointing:1. The requirement to use a communal brush for foaming is a significant drawback. This brush, used by everyone, harbors dust and debris, potentially causing scratches to the car's paint as you clean.2. The absence of high-pressure air drying is another downside. It's crucial to quickly eliminate all water from the vehicle after washing to prevent water spots from forming as it dries.

Best wash around, took awhile to figure out pressing the button for more time. The waiting is busy but, you go there knowing that and six lanes are almost always packed

Not only were the brushes used almost down to plastic, they also only accept card there. there's nowhere to insert coins or cash on site. Left with a dirty car after I was given no feasible option for payment. Glad I did after looking at brushes!

Self-service car wash is fun and you get your car cleaner than the drive-thru I think
