The attendants here are extremely helpful! One staff member, noticed my antenna, and kindly removed it for me so it wouldn’t get damaged in the wash. Just before entering the machine, I realized that my sunroof wouldn’t fully close, and a staff member helped me tape it up so that I could still get a wash today. I am extremely grateful for their attentiveness and non-judgmental help.

Brown Bear, PLEASE fix how strong your blowers are. I know I have to avoid the issaquah tunnel because it started taking my top rail covers off my sedan and now I have to add this location to the list. Why?

Brown Bear Car Wash is a fantastic place for a quick and thorough wash. The drive-thru process is smooth and efficient, making it perfect for busy days. This brown bear location has been a staple of mine for years. While my Subaru still gets clean, recently the quality of the washes have gone down. The dryers don't work well anymore, and the back of my car + the mirrors come out soaking wet. The towels no longer dry without a lot of fabric sheddings everywhere. The washes are very expensive now too, arguably not worth the price.
