The drive-thru process is smooth and efficient, resulting in a sparkling clean car with a rain protection option that works flawlessly. It uses gentle, environmentally friendly detergents. The facilities are clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful with top-tier customer service. However, some recent concerns have been noted. The quality of washes has gone down for some, with dryers not working well and vehicles coming out soaking wet on mirrors and backs. The provided towels can shed fabric. The powerful blowers have been reported as potentially too strong. The location also struggles with high demand, creating tremendous traffic overflow in the Factoria area. While the washes are seen as high-quality for a machine, many now find them very expensive and arguably not worth the price.

Brown Bear, PLEASE fix how strong your blowers are. I know I have to avoid the issaquah tunnel because it started taking my top rail covers off my sedan and now I have to add this location to the list. Why?
