Came here one hour earlier than my appointment. I waited in the lobby and 5min to my scheduled appointment, I reminded the receptionist that I’m there for the 5pm appointment, told that they will call me when ready. 10 min past my appointment time , the receptionist told me to fill up pages of new patient paperwork ! I asked why she didn’t make me fill it up while waiting since 4pm and she said she was busy with other customers. At this point I just want to leave but patiently obliged to fill up the paperwork and gave it back to them. After 20min past my appointment and no sign of being called, I stood up and left! What a waste of time! How incompetent this receptionist and inconsiderate of people’s time. Don’t go here if you have other options. I will definitely spread the word so no one else will be treated like this.

As always, there is a reason I drive from Greenlake all the way here for any work that I need done. Best service possible here and the staff are SO nice! Dr. Park might also be an actual wizard, she is so efficient and professional in everything that she does. Thank you for everything!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but the staff at Bright Now Dental in Crossroads went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They fully explained all out of pocket costs plus what insurance would cover, and made me feel relaxed during my experience when typically I’m extremely anxious when it comes to the dentist. Cannot recommend enough!

My dental hygiene is not the best and I was worried about insurance and the people being dismissive because of my dental past. I got recommended this place from a friend after my previous dentist recommended veeners and I was not confident in that. For the dental side, I have only gone for 1 filling so far it was really painless and they were gentle. I decided to get braces and the orthodontics staff are really nice and great to talk to. Jessica at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgable. She answered all my million questions and after talking to her it relieved a lot of worries I had about payments. I recently went to voice concerns about grinding w braces and my ortho immediately offered solutions. I have never experienced service at a clinic/doctors office in my life after years of being scared of my poor dental hygiene. Glad I got recommended this place.

This place is amazing it's the only place I've been to where the wait isn't 6 months while your in pain and the receptionist was so helpful only place I'm gonna go to now 10/10 highly recommend

So many dentists I’ve had in the past would waste so much time in between “steps.” We’ve all seen it where you have the hygienist, the dentist, then the hygienist again with like 10 minutes of waiting in between each.
I am so glad to say that is not an issue here. I literally timed the total “dead time” spent waiting in the chair the first appointment I had. It wasn’t even 4 minutes. They are fast and efficient, and I’m all for it.

They are very rude, they made me wait 75 minute She couldn’t help me. And The office manager was supposed to call me back, but she never did.

Haven’t been to the dentist in far too long. So glad I decide to come here! They are so kind and friendly. Denise was quick and helpful and so thoughtful with the entire X-ray process that ultimately is the most annoying part of the process usually. Excited to continue care here for the foreseeable future!

Vanessa is amazing at cleaning teeth. After my appointment with her, my teeth felt like new. She’s really good at paying attention to details, and it shows in the result. I could definitely feel the difference on my teeth before and after.

I moved here 2 1/2 years ago and I've been going to the Bellevue Bright Now Dental since. I've had a great experience. The staff have been great...professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Park presents your dental needs clearly and answers questions with detailed explanations.

Very nice staff, specially Victoria and Denise. Good timing. The doctor that attended me did a good job but needs detailed finishing. I will comeback for a refine of the procedure, I couldn’t feel the pointy part in my new gap with my tongue (all numb). Didn’t see how it was finished until got home. Going to ask for a mirror for the next time.
