As a new first time mom, I was so nervous about having to send my then-5 month old baby to start daycare. But I have been so happy with his teachers, who are both so kind, patient and attentive to him. They give him all the love he needs while I'm away at work and keeps him occupied with different toys and activities every day. I am so appreciative that Ms. Jan especially works with me on his ever-changing needs all the time and sends me updates of everything he's doing throughout the day, putting my mind at ease. My son is always happy at drop off to go into Ms. Jan's arms and start his "school" day. It makes me feel very good about having to leave him when I know he will be learning new skills, trying new foods, and be well loved and taken care of during the day.

My now 4yr old son has been here for 6 months now and we are very happy with this center. The teachers are fantastic and really care for the children and my son has thrived here. Only negative has been an over insistence on Covid testing.

After 4 months of maternity leave I started back to work and my little man started daycare (we call it baby school) at Bright Horizons. I’ve never regretted a moment he’s spent there. His teachers are fantastic- I learn from them every day. They give me tips for stuff to work on at home. The best part is that each teacher seems to appreciate my kid’s unique individual baby personality. They share stories at the end of the day like he’s their own kid. Drop off and pick up are the best parts of my day. Every single staff person there is fabulous and lovely. There are some awesome women running that place btw. And the place is clean, fun, and safe. If you can swing the cost, it’s worth every penny.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here. We're so grateful that had a space to accept our 1.5 year old (at the time) and the personalized care she's received.

One of the expensive centers in bellevue area but they take great care of the kids, wonderful staff and management.
