Incredibly overpriced, they are scammers I promise. I went there to find my prom dress and not only did they charge our card without asking first and clarifying they were tipping themselves 147$ just for alterations, they tipped themselves again around 398$ without asking. I saw the negative reviews and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They ruined the dress with their alterations and didn’t finish it until 3 days before prom. Now the dress doesn’t fit and has lace ripped and there’s nothing I can do. They ruined my prom experience and I only write this review to steer others away from them. More often than not things end up going wrong here than right. S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S I want my money back. Greedy people. They are good at manipulating you and not taking no for an answer so beware. Hopefully they go out of business because we have enough money hungry people in the world anyway.

agreed with one of the comments, coming from being a high schooler none of my friends are coming back here not recommended to any high school prom dress searchers. Not nice to size strangers teenage girls in front of each other especially when we didn’t asked for our sizes to be spoken out loud or even tell use we can’t afford prices etc…

We ordered offline taking a huge risk because there are no refunds with this type of dress buying. The people there seemed to be helpful at first but after they got our money for the dress the service we received went down hill. After the dress came in we only could make appointments during the weekday. Alot of excuses why we couldn't come on the weekends to pick up. One of our appointments got canceled last minute because they decide to close the store early. We were rushed during our fitting and alterations although we had an appointment. I think they thought they were helpful and caring but they were bossy. It could be thier culture or maybe they don't like my culture, I am not sure. I felt not treated well compared to others in the store. They had thier excuses and opinions for everything. The special event is for the customer not them. They need to listen to what the customer invisions their dress to be. The alterations turned out bad for 200 dallors to only make the dress shorter. The only thing that went right was atleast the dress fit when it came in.

Dresses are beautiful and the selection is great, but one of the workers told a teenage girl shopping for prom that she needed to diet for 10 days and lose weight if she wanted to wear a dress in front of me (a stranger) and all of her friends.

Assisting my niece in finding the perfect prom dress was a delightful experience at Bridal Palace. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the stunning array of dresses available. Houda's professionalism and the immaculate cleanliness of her boutique were truly commendable. What stood out most was the personalized attention Houda provided, understanding how significant this dance was for my niece. The selection of dresses surpassed those of other stores we visited, and the prices were also very reasonable. Thanks to Houda's help, my niece found a dress she adored. I highly recommend Bridal Palace for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable dress-shopping experience.

I've been aiding my sister in locating the perfect dress for her son's wedding. After an extensive search, we found a dress she adored from a designer exclusive to bridal boutiques. The Bridal Palace was one of the local stores on our list, so I called to confirm the availability of the desired dress, which they assured me they had. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for my sister's measurements the for the following Saturday. However, upon her arrival at the store, she was met with a lack of greeting and uncomfortable stares, reminiscent of the unwelcome scrutiny often experienced by people of color in certain environments that people think that she should not be in or can’t afford to be in. After confirming her appointment, albeit after some difficulty locating it in their system despite our prior correspondence, the clerk proceeded with the measurements. It was then stated that the dress must be paid for in full before ordering, without the option to try on a sample in-store, and all sales were deemed final. This inflexible policy, coupled with the absence of in-store samples, raises concerns regarding customer satisfaction and risk management. Such practices, while perhaps intended to mitigate risk to the business owner, the customer should not have to assume all the risk. This policy is so ridiculous, I am more inclined to believe that this is a rule for “some customers and not all. Nevertheless, it was a horrible experience for my sister. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

This place is a joke. I saved myself before stepping through the door.I booked the last appointment today before they close at 6pm. It’s rainy and I was gonna be 10mins late. So, I called to ensure they’re aware and hoped they could get some dresses out for my mom to try on at arrival. Got transferred to the sale lady; she misunderstood my request and thought I was coming for picking up a dress. I was wondering why she’d ask for my mom’s name. When she told me my mom’s name was not in the system, I clarified that we’re coming to try on and had not bought anything.She put words into my mouth saying: “cause you said you’re picking up”. I never mentioned “pick up” for the whole convo, didn’t even have the word “pick” in my lines, and was not pleased by her sassy attitude.Save your valuable time from this place!

Bridal palace is a small store chock-full of GEMS! A cousin recommended going to the larger bridal boutiques to pop the champagne with friends. At those places, they have a sales person that is with you at all times, that dresses the bride and the mom and the friends have to wait on the sofa for them to open the curtain. I much preferred our second appointment at the Bridal Palace. Huda, the owner greeted us, told us to pick out gowns. We filled up the room and as a mom I got to dress my own daughter. We had so much fun, revealing the gowns to the other girls. She and I knew instantly which ones were going to be HER. The quality of the inventory was superior and the prices for the exact same gown at other places, and online were the more. When it came time to do the alterations, I was a bit intrigued and concerned, because it was a very intricate along the bottom with a six-foot train. The dress was an Italian dress from the dreams collection when we return to pick it up and try it on we were so impressed. It was perfect! Huda is a magician! She told me she did the most beautiful bustles and she was right. It rained at my daughters outdoor ceremony, and the train was heavy. The bustles held the entire night through dancing and everything. She was very upfront about the cost of the alterations and the price was exactly what she quoted us and was completely fair. It's been a month and we've gotten some pictures back, the gown, and the way that it fit her it's simply gorgeous! After three stops my daughter circle back to buy the dress of her dreams and we had a wonderful experience.
