Leonard and his service team did an excellent job repairing our BMW! They fixed several recalls, replaced some computer modules/sensors and kept us up to date on the details all along the way. We definitely recommend BMW of Bellevue!

My BMW had a rattling noise coming from the plastic covering the interior brake light. The service team at BMW of Bellevue fixed it in less than a day, and now my car drives quietly. I brought in a dirty car, and they returned it to me clean and tidy. I highly recommend Saf and Dan from the service department. The best part – they gave me a brand-new BMW i5 as a loaner, free of charge, while my car was in service.

BMW of Bellevue has taken good care of both my cars ever since I switched over to them for service from BMW Seattle. It's much easier to get appointments at short notice and to get work done well. Advisors are communicative and customer centric. If there's any follow up needed, that's also handled seamlessly.

Update: Really disappointed in the Customer Service following the purchase of my car. John has been silent on this issue - otherwise very involved. Dorela in Financing has been non responsive to my emails and requests for updates.
Upon purchase, I was told there were two key fobs. One was only given and they could not find the second. Asked me to contact Hyundai and purchase a replacement. $900+ later, I made this purchase in early July, sent receipts to Dorela immediately, and have still not received reimbursement. I have called to speak to management on this issue, and they have also not called me back.
If you love purchasing a vehicle, and once they have what they want, being ghosted, this dealership is for you.

We were from out of town and made an advanced service appointment a couple of weeks ahead of arriving to Bellevue. We showed up for our appointment, got a loaner car, and drove to other sightseeing locations. We received a phone call 3 hours later and they informed us that they didn't have any oil to perform the service. We were due to leave Bellevue the next morning, so this really puts us in a bind. There's a major communications breakdown between their parts and the service departments. However, I do want to give Leonard, the service advisor, some kudos. He was able to secure a service appointment with another BMW dealership while the unpleasant news cut short our sightseeing tour. This was a very disappointing experience with the BMW of Bellevue.

BMW Bellevue allows for easy scheduling, drop off (or waiting if you prefer). They manage their schedule well, and take the time to explain what is being done. The car cleaning is a nice bonus. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service.

I think several recent negative reviews are related to a salesman there named Reza...... BUT, I know the vast majority of the other sales staff, service department, and management team are excellent! It isn't fair for one bad apple to damage the reputation of this fine dealership with so many great people there. BMW of Bellevue has an incredible facility as well.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at BMW Bellevue! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in clear terms and offered practical solutions without any pressure. The repair work was completed ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable cost. My car is running better than ever, and I appreciate the extra care they took to make sure everything was perfect. The shop itself is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend BMW Bellevue to anyone in need of reliable and honest car service. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

BMW Bellevue service is satisfactory but could be better. The customer lounge doesn't have a great area for getting work done while you wait. I've recently owned Lexus and Infiniti vehicles, and their waiting areas, food/snacks, coffee etc are far better. In a visit to BMW Bellevue last week, I opted to wait for a windshield wiper mechanism adjustment that I thought might take 1-2 hours over my lunch break, but ended up taking 3.5 hours. There were zero snacks to tide me over and no updates throughout the process, despite my texts to ask for an update.

I had an amazing experience at Bellevue BMW. I came in for a quick windshield wiper replacement, and the service exceeded my expectations. Jennie, in particular, went above and beyond by staying late to make sure everything was taken care of. Not only did they swiftly change out my wipers, but they also washed my car, leaving it looking spotless.
The team's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I really appreciate the extra effort. Thank you, Jennie, for such an outstanding experience!
