Big 5 is a great place to shop for a wide variety of sporting goods and outdoor equipment. My recent visit left me quite impressed with the store's extensive selection and overall shopping experience.
The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the different sections. Whether you're looking for athletic apparel, footwear, camping gear, or fitness equipment, Big 5 has it all. I was particularly pleased with the variety of brands and products available, catering to both casual enthusiasts and serious athletes.
The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. They greeted me promptly upon entering and were readily available to assist with any questions I had. Their knowledge about the products and willingness to provide recommendations made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of shopping at Big 5 is their competitive pricing and frequent sales. I found some great deals on high-quality items, which made my visit even more worthwhile. The clearance section also offered some fantastic bargains, allowing me to get more value for my money.
The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that the store could benefit from a slightly larger inventory in certain categories. There were a few specific items I was looking for that were out of stock. However, the staff offered to check availability at other locations and online, which was helpful.
Overall, Big 5 Sporting Goods on Factoria Blvd provides a solid shopping experience for anyone in need of sporting goods and outdoor gear. With its wide selection, helpful staff, and great prices, it's a go-to spot for all your athletic and outdoor needs. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Is it asking too much to have a friendly or warm disposition when you work in customer service? Either do that or get a job stocking cause we k ow not everyone is built to smile and be nice. Now I know why I prefer Dick’s Sporting Goods.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We went here for volleyball equipment for my daughter. I was walking around getting the things on the list for my daughter and I look up and notice the manager was around my family. We walked to another section and he followed, acting like he was checking inventory but watching us. He saw us going up to the register to pay for our stuff and he went up there looking at the stuff we had. I was so angry, he was not following anyone else in the store and there were plenty of other people there of different ethnicities. My fiancé is black, I am white and our kids are biracial, this manager made it pretty clear we were not welcome. We were on a time crunch so we got the things my child needs but we will not be back after this interaction. I am still livid after this interaction.

Great choice for camping tents & sleeping bags and accessories here. The manager was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Nice to know there are still down to earth people here in bellevue which seems to be getting more snobby by the day

This store is in a nice location (right off of I-90 and I-405) and there's alway plenty of parking. It's located with the Factorial Mall and has a decent selection of shops next to it. They always have a good selection of New Balance sneakers and at good prices. On my last visit, I was greeted and helped by Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and attentive.
