Never never never us BevMo. I have drank in months and was getting some alcohol for a little party I was having. When I got to the cashier I was in the middle of texting someone and was multitasking. The cashier took my id and then today me he would not be selling me alcohol because I was intoxicated?????????????? Seriously, I had them call the cops because I wasn’t going to leave without feeling vindicated. The cops should up and clearly identify that I was not intoxicated but said that BevMo had the right to refuse service to anyone. I left the store and started writing reviews

Never never never ever use BevMo! I just got off work and came to BevMo because I wanted to get some alcohol for when I got home. I was messaging someone on my phone while I was at check out and trying to do to things at once! After I gave the cashier my ID, The cashiers said that he couldn’t sell me alcohol because I was intoxicated because I wasn’t speak as fast enough. I haven’t drank in over a week and I had a long day. Now I’m waiting for the police to show up and I’m Gunna have them give me a breathalyzer. The police should up and we’re really cool and they confirmed that I was not intoxicated
But the store still would let me buy the alcohol. I went to the next store and they happily sold the alcohol to me. Never use this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service this morning. Bought a case of rum for stock, and the store clerk was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and gracious. Many thanks, Bevmo. Outstanding store, selection and management. They have everything here. Even diapers. Daddy-o, head to Bevmo!

Checking out, I had asked how much cash back the store allowed.Alex, the cashier went to go ask his manager with an attitude toward me like , “ugh”. He asked me how I would like it back and I asked for some change, one being a $5s. He asked if I was saying fireball or 5. Clearly mocking me. Then proceeded to slam his drawer in front of me. Horrible attitude. If you don’t like your job, doesn’t give you the right to take it out on other people.

I have to say as a senior project manager and regional/resident of Bellevue and resident of Bellevue for the last 8 years.That I noticed that Mia I believe is the manager of the store is always very pleasant in her greetings and customer service she is always very helpful and always has a pleasant smile however I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff as they seem to profile people of color and unfortunately I have had bad experience with the rest of the staff I hope Mia positive attitude will rub off on them and she will have to stop apologizing for them. Great job Mia ?
