Groomer was nice and was very receptive to my inspiration pictures. My only wish would be the back legs to have been less uneven, paws to be trimmed, and cleaned up and softer blending for cat grooming for $150. Otherwise content with service.Note: they do nail trim but do not apply nail caps.Had an appointment for 11:00 am. Grabbed food next door, I stopped by 12:30 to see if my cat’s appointment had started, it hadn’t. Poor cat was sitting in carrier, I even called prior to appointment to see if they were ready for us.

My only wish is for softer blending of lines and paw clean up. Groomer followed, inspiration pictures, and I was pleased.

They are very calm and kind to our Sealyham and Havenese. I gave them photos of what I was hoping for. They delivered!

The place is under new management and definitely not the same as it used to be. They downplayed an injury THEY caused to my dog last month which resulted in him having stitches and suffering for 10 days. THEY cut him all the way to the cartilage in his ear. Our vet was really surprised at this injury. Now they refuse to acknowledge my messages as if nothing happened. After going to Best Friends since 2007, I will never set foot there. BEWARE

We have been taking our standard poodle here for sometime here. They are super friendly and communicative. My baby looks amazing and smells great. Highly Recommend it. Will definitely be back.

If you're looking for a local dog salon in Washington then Best Friends Grooming Salon is the best. They are very professional and caring. Staff is great and always friendly. You can get appointments easily, they are extremely accommodating. Best grooming place, our 2 sweet dogs love it, their groomer is so good with them. We would always recommend this place they are all about your dog and taking care of your dog. ?

My daughter recommended this salon to me, she is a regular there and takes her dog Bella. I recently moved to her area so I decided to take my cat Lola there. I usually do not take her to groomers because she is grumpy and known to scratch but they were able to handle her perfectly. I’m so happy with their service and the results. Highly recommend this saloon!

This is our go to place for quality grooming. The business has been a bellevue local for 30 plus years and this is our 3rd pup we have gotten. The management is very customer focused and the groomers are very talented. Our dixie always comes out smelling fresh and happy. We will continue coming here for years to come.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 10 years driving from North Bend area to Bellevue I have 2 long haired GSD. I have always been pleased with the quality but this last week was an exception. I am attaching a few photos of the clumps of hair I had to cut off AFTER the grooming. Their fees went from $175 for both to $280 and the job was marginal at best. I am not sure but seems there may have been a change in ownership. I regretably will need to find a new groomer. I used to get a full groom with a cute bandana but the employees argued prices with me and I left unhappy.

I had a disappointing experience today at the groomer's. Despite my specific request to avoid cutting my dog's hair too short and showing them photos of how I wanted it done, my dog was shaved down almost to her skin. The groomer claimed it was necessary due to matting, but my dog was not matted, as I regularly brush her. Communication was difficult because the groomer had limited English proficiency, which I believe contributed to this issue. As a result, my dog looks quite unusual, and I'll have to wait for her hair to grow back. Moreover, I was quoted a different price over the phone and ended up being charged significantly more. I won't be returning to this place in the future.
