Please do not take your white clothes here. It was a brand new pants I dropped off for JUST alteration to hem the length and now it has several black spots on it. When I asked them about it, first of all, they were so rude and blamed it on me cause "all they did was just hem and iron and not dry clean" my pants. This is not the first time, my white burberry tshirt was ruined last time too. I tried to trust them once more cause they politely apologized and dry cleaned last time but I just had to write a review (I usually never write reviews) cause they were just so rude today. NEVER going back period.

My mom went there to wash her designer hoodie, they destroyed the label and just kept finding excuses for their actions. At one point, the wife of the owner came out and called the material of the cloth “junk” and then when confronted, said because it’s from a different country. What a rude and intolerant lady! Please don’t ever go to that store!

I went there with my mom to complain about her hoodie that had the label destroyed after they washed it, they were very rude to us and kept saying I'll explain one more time, then they said it's because they cloth is bad material. Then the wife of the owner came out and told us our cloth was junk and said no wonder it was destroyed. What a rude lady!?

Ruined my husbands jacket. We discovered a huge stain on the front of his jacket that was there before handing it over. Avoid this business!

we have been coming here for years. They were always friendly, great service, loyalty and volume discounts and took great care of military items. The last few times the person working the front was less than pleasant and the last time she told me that we had a unpaid bill dating back two years! We have always paid at pick up and said as much. she said they have at times let people not pay if they didn't have their ticket, which just sounds off to me. I told her i was not just goi g to accept that and asked to see the ticket info and date. she told me there was not one and it was just in the computer. this seemed even more off. then she charged me for my current order and it was almost double what it usually is. i take time to wait and bring in 10+ shirts, have always been treated well in the past. I now question their professionalism and trust worthiness. would recommend asking for pricing before dropping off. Don't think i will be going back. it's sad how a place with a good reputation can take a dove so quickly.

I've been coming to Bellevue Way Cleaners for about a year now and have loved their service. I've never had an issue (as other reviews mention) with shirts coming back wrinkled or damaged. They have reasonable prices here and VERY fast service. I know I can trust them to turn around a handful of shirts and pants within 1 day. Only downsides are parking and hours. It's hard to get a parking spot here. Hours are also tight as they close at 5:00 pm on weekdays.

They give you an invoice when you drop off your clothes. The original invoice was for $25 to hem my dress, but they ended up charging me $55 for it. I showed them the invoice I originally received and she kept saying "the lady charged $55." Not sure what that means, but they definitely overcharge!

Don’t ever use this facility. First tome using them this week. Gave them 6 pics and received 2 unwashed item, one damaged item, and one discolored item. The damaged items were my favorite designer polo shirt that I purchased them over $600 per item and were fairly new. The worst part is when I went back and complain about poor service, not only she did not apologize but also she was very rude and blamed on the manufacturer. If you like your clothes and you wanna have them professionally dry clean stay away from this people since the clearly don’t know how to do their job.Services: Laundry wash & fold

WORST DRY CLEANER EVER! They ruined my new pants. The pants are light brown with some stains. I think they just bleached the stains parts and now the pants are mixed with brown and white and looked really ugly.

My husband took a brand new $150 shirt in and there was an ink spot on it when he picked it up 2 days later. They refused to accept responsibility. First and last time at this horrible dry cleaner!

They ruined my designer jacket which cost 1.3k dollars. They are not cleaning my jacket instead they add extra dirty spots on it. They refused to admit their fault. The worst cleaner I have ever seen.

Do not get dry clean your clothes here. They ruined my wedding dress. I am so upset! I wished I took the before pictures. When I picked up my dress, the beads were falling off, a whole bunch of threads were loose. My poor dress!

One of the best dry cleaners I have experienced because their turn around time is amazing! Quick and easy! Not all dry cleaners come close to their quick service.
