They're bell for picking up packages isn't working. So I tried calling their phone. I can hear them back there and hear it ringing but they're ignoring it. Been here 30 minutes now trying to get a package they refuse to redeliever or redirect

I recently moved and submitted a change of address online. I was asked to go into the full service post office on Bel-Red to confirm my identity. After much back and forth and no understanding of what was happening to my mail and the inability of the system to confirm me, I was referred to the annex. Sherri was so helpful and an absolute gem! She took the time to figure out if my request had been received (it hadn't) and contacted my carrier at my old address to see if he had still been delivering my mail (he had). She had me fill out a paper form and ensured she would get it taken care of and the carrier confirmed he would hold my mail at the annex until the request had been processed. Many thanks to Sherri for being so helpful and kind!

Had a package delivery issue where the sender used the wrong address. Talked with the morning shift supervisor Maria and she was able to find the package with the courier before it was returned to sender. She really saved me today.

Be aware Carrier stole packages.I've had numerous Missing Packages was delivered by USPS.Our Apart. complex provide a lockbox with code for package delivered to each tenants. Code automatically send to our phone if there's package delivered. My husband and I did not get the code . The Carrier's supervisor said The carrier put our latest missing package in the 'PARTIAL PENDING MAILBOX" . We asked management to checked the so-called PARTIAL PENDING BOX, there was no such thing as "PENDING PARTIAL MAILBOX" . If there was Partial Pending box why didn't the carrier retrieved it from the So-called Pending Partial box. The carrier story doesn't add up. first of all why was the package in the partial pending in first place.. we had a packages room, the carrier could've left inside the mail room on the floor. The carrier stole our packages. This was not the first package got lost. i'm sure it wont be the last.Shame on the carrier whom we had trusted with our mail and packages.

If I could give 0 star, I would do it. The supervisor there is very rude and answer my question in a very arrogant way. They returned my package to the sender without any notification to me. And they just can't intercept the package. The whole process is just insane.

Staff there are the best always willing to help! No retail here so if you needs stamps or mail something you are out of luck this location is for package pick up only.

They keep losing the mail constantly and if there is a lot of mail they stop delivering it. When asked why they do so, their response is that they do us a favor by delivering it.

Rude, abusive, unqualified staff. I had an inquiry opened for which a Mr. Lee called me today. When asked for more explanation, he started screaming and went into a fit. The only answer he could give me was to "take USPS to the court". The suggestion was inane and shared as if this just one in million employee owns the USPS. These kind of people should be fired on the spot. Anyway, I expected too much from someone (in a customer-dealing role) who couldn't even comprehend simple english. I have filed a formal complaint against him with the district's office to let them know about this gem of a person.

awful service. had to call for hours before getting a response & there wasn’t much help once they picked up. The employees here are extraordinarily rude too.

Rude personnel and bad carriers. My regular post man Randy is rude unprofessional and has been seen throwing our packages at the door. He threw a package and the contents inside were broken. When asked any questions he gives rude answers. USPS is lacking I will likely pay the extra for shipping from other companies.

You can only drop off and pick up mail. Don't expect to buy postage or anything else a standard postage office does. See the image

Worst of the worst... typical USPS facility... should be bulldozed over and the employees should return to their planet where customer service standards are much much lower than they are here on earth.
