I sold my gold chain here. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me a fair price and the whole transaction was quick and easy. I was in and out in like 10 min with cash in hand. I would definitely recommend checking them out. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the remote locked doors that require an employee to buzz you in but I’m sure it keeps the rift raff out which I actually like and appreciate.

I met with Zach and he was very helpful in explaining the breakdown and value of each item that I brought in. He did not pressure me, he made sure I was okay with the price of each item multiple times.
His customer service was very friendly and informative.
I highly recommend seeing Zach next time you come in.

We trust this business. We feel we got the correct information on our jewelry appraisal. They back up their appraisal with science. They explain everything and never make you feel rushed even when there is a line of people waiting to speak with them. We made an appointment and that made a big difference in our wait time. Theresa T. Was awesome!! She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. We will continue to work with Bellevue. Great company!

Personally, would not recommend. If you want anything done you should reach out to the owner Eric. The front desk really isn’t for your best interest, at the end of the day it’s a business and they are quick to change around numbers instead of honor prices.

I’ve been to the Bellevue locations several times. All of the employees are always awesome! I especially want to thank Phil and Alexa for being patient with me and my huge stash of coins! I visited the store 2 days in a row with coins some valuable, some not. But they both meticulously waded through my “treasures” with a smile and a fabulous attitude which not only made me very happy but made me feel like I was a very important person! Thank you Phil and Alexa! You are both very appreciated!

Went in to sell a variety of coins collected over my lifetime. Really didn't know what to expect, because reviews for BRC, as they are for all its competition, are all over the place. My visit turned out to be a positive experience. Customer service (I believe his initials are JC) was excellent. JC was efficient and was friendly to everyone who arrived while I was there. Was the price I received fair? I think so, but I wasn't about to shop my coins around or to sell them private party. Bottom line is that I feel satisfied with the price I received. If I have more valuables to sell, I'd certainly return to BRC.

I would never deal with this company either office and Lynnwood, Bellevue, or Whatever House they try and shill people for their valuables. I’ve called them multiple times, and I even visited once, and I watched their predatory behavior and they should be put out of business for being considered predatory.

They are pretty professional, my wife went inside store just before closing time and by the time I could park my car and enter, it was 6 PM. So they closed the doors and didn’t allow me to enter. With great rudeness, guy said he cannot allow me inside, doesn’t matter my wife is inside the store and entered 1 min before me
