I didn't have my car repaired here because Teslas can only be repaired at an authorized body shop. However, the initial payment from my insurance company was made to Bellevue Collision Center by mistake. After learning about the situation and locating the transaction, Sergio refunded me the payment that my insurance company made in error. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Thank you for the good business practices and the immediate refund!

I am very surprised how quick they got my car done. I took in 9/3, I picked up the my car on 9/6. Super fast. They did excellent job!

Got my car back without detail of what was done to it. This job was done with an opposite party’s insurance company. Throughout the time my car was here, there was a lack of communication from the shop that made it a pain. The return date was pushed several times.
The car was returned to me with a missing emblem, over spray on areas and windows that were not damaged, bent clips on several trim pieces during reinstallation resulting in panel gaps, a loose replacement tail light assembly, dust covered spare tire area, slight bubbling under the paint, and tape from the painting process that was left on with rough paint edges.
If you have a keen eye for your vehicle I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you want your car fixed and don’t care about the fine details from a distance, you’ll be fine.

Exceeds expectations with their quick and friendly service! I have gone in twice now and both times they were able to resolve my issues with minimal work and cost. This time I went in to get a mud flap added back after a prior repair and had a bad scratch on the front from a parking lot encounter, which would easily cost $600+ to correct and they were able to buff most of it out to where it’s barely noticeable. They definitely didn’t have to go the extra mile on that since it’s not the reason I was there but they did a phenomenal job and I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins, so fast!! Highly recommend as the service here is top notch but so are the people.

The team here did a fantastic job with my car, it looks brand new after smashing the front passenger side. Communication with the owner was never an issue. Picked up my car and it was cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend bringing your car here if you need body work.Service: Body & Trim

Where do I begin with Bellevue Collision? This shop has been nothing but a stressful experience. They are so difficult to get a hold of and when they do answer you get the run around. Sergio will tell you that your car will be ready this week, then next week, then the following week etc. The completed work on my car was below average at best. The supposedly "new" oem headlight started to condensate in less than a week of getting my car back. They also cut half off the "new" plastic panel that suppose to keep the fog light wiring safe from the elements, I'm still trying to understand what was the logic in that? My insurance and myself has reached out to them but it's the same bs that I get. The paint job is horrendous they're so many imperfections through out, swirl marks, polish left behind, paint bubbles you name it they did it. If you value your car and expect good work done on your vehicle please look elsewhere save yourself the headache.

Great work and the owner is very nice. Have been here several times but never disappointed. They could be super busy and take time to get back to you but their awesome work made up for this hiccup. Highly recommend!

I have been calling for 3 days straight and I havent get no response yet, left 2 voicemails with them and no one answers or calls back... what is going on!? Is this for real? Over 20 calls in the last 3 days and not a single one was picked up? This is a joke, I need my car back, I dont know what is going on but I am so disappointed after waiting almost 3 months to get my car back because "they couldn't find a replacement part" never again!

The owner keeps telling me the parts would arrive on next Tuesday for 5 weeks, now it is week 6 Friday after the owner told me the parts would "be sure" arrive on the past Tuesday... I don't know what happened, and I don't like questioning someone's integrity. But the owner does not even pick up my phone call now...
