I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bel-Red Auto for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to help.The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail. They were also upfront about the cost and timeline, which I really appreciated. Throughout the repair process, Dominick kept me updated on the progress and made sure I was satisfied with the work being done.When I picked up my car, I was amazed at how good it looked. The repairs were flawless, and you would never know there had been any damage. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had cleaned the interior of my car as well, which was a nice touch.Overall, my experience at Bel-Red Auto was exceptional. The staff were professional, the repairs were top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Bel-Red Auto to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

The best auto body shop I have used in 60 yrs.Raymond was my estimate guy. He was so on top of my repair job, he would contact me every other day with updates on parts needed and completion of job. Also the repair work was the best I have ever seen. Sam herrick

The took some wires out of place. They moved my CDs which were under my rear seat. I do not understand. They were there just to fix the exterior, but it took almost FOUR MONTHS. There was some gunk in my cup holder, They threw away my car febreeze clip-on, they took all the rest of my tissues away (it did have less than half but it was still a lot), they did not even throw the empty box away and just left it there. They put a little garbage in my car garbage holder, but why couldn't they have thrown away their own garbage in their own garbage can? I called them two times. The manager is also the owner which unfair because the way the phone calls went, I was crying a ton because they were not taking me seriously. I know it al sounds a bunch of small stuff but it adds up to a big one. Their parking lot is extremely small. He told me it is not a problem for good drivers but IT IS SMALL. He showed absolutely no empathy.

My go-to auto shop for the last 7 years - they are AMAZING!My most recent incident, Linda and Challan both took such great care of me and mu vehicle. They made sure I was squared away and advocated for my repairs the right way.And they even got me in a month early!I really appreciated their kindness and support. THANK YOU!

they had the WORST service towards my mother in law. They were insulting and refused to do their literal JOB. They were just gossiping about other guest before attending their guest.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. GO HERE!!!!. There were a few hiccups getting started between the communication of my insurance and the staff at this establishment but once the owner was aware everything was smooth sailing, and my car was brand new. The owner is extremely hands-on with his business and truly does things the old-fashioned way, fair & transparent. I cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU

Approximately three months ago, I dropped my Polestar 2 to get repaired. Not only has it been time-consuming, but one of the mechanics (Emilio Yancey-Ruiz) sent me photos of the progress, in which photo 11 has my car next to a confederate flag logo. If I had known they employed racists, I would never have taken my car there. I complained to my insurance company (All State representative Jordan Brown), who had the Bel-Red Auto shop call me. The manager, Linda, claimed this had happened before when a guy possessed a n*** logo in their shop. Linda apologized and said they would get that out of the shop. In my opinion, the manager did not take it seriously since it has happened before. I wish I could pull my car out of that shop. I will never come to this place again.

I brought my truck in for some minor body work. They were scheduled out for quite some time, but because my job was relatively small they fit me in that day. 24 hours later my 16 year old truck looked brand new. They even detailed the interior just because it needed it, to my incredibly pleasant surprise. The cherry on the top was that it cost significantly less than I expected! Will definitely come back if I ever need body work again.

I went there for a quote and the gentleman who helped me was great, I believe his name was Chow. But him and the staff went above and beyond for me. I was having car trouble when I was done with my visit. Chow tried to help and even called a mechanic in the area. But I ended up going to the dealership, due to the problem potentially being covered by warranty. They allowed me to wait for a tow trunk for my car and the girl at the front was very polite, offered water and checked on me while I waited. They are really great when it came to customer service. Their kindness made a frustrating experience better.

I will start out by saying that I didn't get work here. It was actually my son. He hit a racoon with his new BMW M2 Competition after only having it for 2 days. Rough fir sure. He called around and was constantly told a couple of months just to look at it. Bel-Red told him they would at least take a look within a week or so. Then tell him what the damage was. My son was concerned that he damaged the intercooler and other engine parts. Not to mention that auto mechanics don't always have a good reputation. Well these guys are awesome. Not only did they take a look within a week, they told my son it just needed cosmetics work and some paint! They were able to get it done in a month or so. That is how all auto mechanics should be. I don't want to have any accidents but if I do I know where I will go.

I barely write bad reviews but this is my worst experience at a body shop. Poor communication, unprofessional, endless waiting and full of lies. Their estimator Emilio knows how to please clients and makes you think they will handle ur vehicle very well. First day when I brought my damaged Porsche Cayenne to him, he told me they were certified shop for brand like Porsche, Mclaren, lambo etc, they have very experienced technicians to handle Porsche. Then he told me the whole process for the repair would take about 4 weeks. He also promised me that he would update every status with me once the payment and the parts received. What a great negotiation skill! However, after taking over the vehicle, I realize they are just full of b******** The "four weeks" turns to a more than seven months wait. Every time I went to the office or call them trying to know the status, this guy always said"I will let you know tomorrow", or "the parts supposed to be here but was delayed, I will call you when the parts arrive."But when you wait the whole day or whole weeks for his respose, not a single email or phone call received. It happens throughout the whole time. They always want COVID to take consequences. Telling clients the parts are so slow due to covid. But the truth is It takes them almost two months to reassemble after all the parts arrives. And take another month to realize they miss some part and need to order it. When the car was full built eventually, they realize there are some display codes and need to go to a dealership to fix it. Remember how Emilio introduced their body shop at beginning. I understand there is some difficulty for body shops during Covid and I am not mad about the parts come delay at all. But the poor communication and lies are unacceptable. They just keep letting new cars in and doesn't worry about the capacity. Don't come here unless you don't worry about the wait time and the poor communication they gave. It would save you a lot of trouble.

Very disappointed. First of all, I was referred by my friend and I read all the reviews here on google and help and I decided to give it a try. I first sent an email to bel red and Emilio got back to my with the estimate. I then spoke to him about fixing my mirror and the dent on my front door. Emilio said the dent would take a week so it would have to be scheduled months out (until March 2022) but he can help me put on my side mirror first so that I can drive safely. I had a friend visiting me in March 2022 initially so I thought it would be inconvenient for her to come in if I do not have my car fixed yet, so I told her to come in Jan 2022 instead after I confirmed with my car fix date with Emilio. I then sent my insurance estimate to bel red but no reply after. On Dec 27th 2021, I called bel red and spoke to Candice about it but Candice said she never received it. I said it's the same email I sent to Emilio but Candice said she had a different email so she didn't know. OK fine, Candice said she's gonna forward that email to her inbox and start reading the estimate from my insurance and get back to me asap. I waited for a week and no reply. On Jan 4th 2022 I called bel red to follow up and Candice picked up my call again. She said she never received my estimate. I was like "excuse me? You literally just said you forwarded that email from Emilio's to you one week ago, and you said you would get back to me asap, what do you mean by you never received it? Anyway, I repeated everything again and she said she remembered ( shouldn't she put on some notes in the system ?) The she said she's gonna call me back within one day. I waited for another two days, again no reply. I had to call back and she said : oh, you know what, we can get you in in two weeks and you need to leave you car here for 7-10 days. I told her I could not because I just moved my friend's visiting schedule from March to January due to Emilio's initial statement (he said the first availability is March and I had to leave my car in his body shop for 10 days that's why I asked my friend to visit me in Jan instead of March). Then I mentioned to Candice I needed to stick to original plan and get my mirror put on first, and then wait until March to get my dent fixed as I discussed with Emilio. Candice said then I had to pay twice for the mirror installation. I asked her why. She said because when I drop in for March they had to put down there mirror again and put it back up, so it's a second charge. I told her this is not what Emilio told me, the way she's doing is totally unprofessional. Emilio told me one thing and you are telling me another, who should I follow? Candice said she's going to speak to Emilio and get back to me asap. I asked her to give me an eta because based on my previous conversation with Candice, she's always unresponsive and never called me back even she promised she would call me back, and she would always forget what I told her even it's something that has been discussed multiple times. Candice said she would get back to me the end of the day. I waited for a week, no surprise, she never got back to me. I am sorry bel red, but if you are treating customers unprofessional and disrespectfully, no matter how good you are with your body shop skills, you will lose your business eventually.
