I have been to this branch once without appointment. I thought it would be a hassle like other banks I have been to but it’s not. The wait time is less than 5 minutes, customer service is very friendly and excellent. The branch feels very chill and welcoming.

Went in with an appointment. They took the info required and told that the agent will reach out to me via the phone number that I provided (not sure why the appointment was needed), only for the agent to never call or mail
Edit : branch manager did reach out after the review, so I appreciate that

The employees here are very friendly! Shoutout to Teo for helping me out with my car payment. He gave me a cute mt rainier painting also!
