Our cars battery had died, we got a jump but then car was not driving normal. We came to Batteries Plus and employee was incredibly helpful! Came out and installed battery for us. He was super friendly and our hero!

I had my phone battery replaced promptly by Dane and William on 5/29/24 and was pleased not only by their professional expertise but by their friendly attitude and willingness to explain "tech" to someone who understood little of it. Pricing is outrageous. Purchased CR2032 batteries and was charged $4.49 a piece. Can go on line and get 6 of the same batteries for $8.69. Was charged $17.96 for 4 batteries. My bad for trusting that they have fair pricing. Buyer beware!

I had a my car in my garage, started it and drove it then came home and parked in the garage. Next morning the battery, with a year left on the warranty was dead. It wouldn't take a charge so I took it back to Batteries Plus for warranty service. They refused to honor the warranty because the battery was dead.
DON'T BUY A BATTERY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
