Elizabeth is an awesome instructor. I’ve never been to a Barre class but her directions and modifications for my lower back pain made the class super enjoyable and accessible. I really like the vibe. Finishing off the workout with the breathing exercises was also really awesome. My markdown for the star is because when you try to call the number to cancel a class or have questions, no one picks up. Also the studio is only open when class is in session. My first time going to the Bellevue studio, I wanted to check it out and ask questions but it was closed.Other than the phone service, I think this is a great place to get in a workout! They also have 45 and 1 hour workouts so if you’re short on time you can choose the 45 min option.

I recently moved to Bellevue and am so glad I found Barre3. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and inspired to work on my health and well-being.The instructors (Ashley, Hilary, Brittany and more) at Barre3 are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and supportive. They create an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels comfortable and motivated. I appreciate how they pay attention to proper form and provide modifications, ensuring that you get the most out of each workout. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The soothing ambiance and calming music make every class a joy to attend. Plus, the equipment is top-notch, and they provide all the necessary props, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything with you.Overall, I can't recommend Barre3 highly enough. It's more than just a workout studio; it's a place of positivity, empowerment, and transformation. If you're looking to enhance your fitness journey and be a part of a wonderful community, Barre3 is the place to be. I give it five stars without hesitation!

Barre3 is the best! All the instructors and the whole team are so nice, patient, and professional. I’ve enjoyed each Signature 60 so much that after each session, I’m completely refreshed. Each session blends a variety of workouts including cardio, strength training, stretching, etc with well chosen music. It engages full body and tones your muscles effectively. The training here does not only make your body stronger, but also let you find your inner peace and happiness.

Barre3 is one of my favorite studio in Eastside. Great location, free parking, spacious and bright room, energetic and helpful staff. Recommended to many friends.

I truly enjoy the pace of the classes. It's slow enough to focus fully on the techniques and posture and it's fast enough to get your hear rate going. Instructors are paying attention to techniques. I appreciate it alot! Love the focus on core, posture, balance. Easy to schedule, drop ins are welcome. I recommend to anyone who wants to include work outs into their life, but doesn't want it to be fast pace like HIIT, and not as slow as yoga.

Enlightening studio environment and amazing instructors. I visited Bellevue Barre3 on Saturday and Sunday mornings with a group of friends, we loved the signature 60 mins class and everyone in our group participated in the class is getting more fit! Convenient location for anyone living closer to Bellevue downtown.

I have taken six Barre3 classes so far. It feels more like a cardio and HIIT workout compared to other typical barre classes, but I have really enjoyed Barre3! (I receive a promotion for this post, but I gave it five stars even without it.)What I liked so far:- The studio and the restroom are very clean.- Most of the instructors were friendly and motivating. I appreciate that they correct my form during the workout to help me achieve better results. It's also great that they offer modifications to challenge ourselves.- I particularly enjoyed the 45-minute classes during lunchtime. It's efficient to be able to work out even on busy days. What I wish they had:- I would like to see more 45-minute lunchtime classes available.- I prefer smaller class sizes so that I can move around and check my form in the mirror more easily when the class gets crowded.- I also wish there were more exercises focused on abs, back, and arms since the classes tend to primarily focus on glutes and legs.Overall, Barre3 is great, and I'm looking forward to continuing to take their classes!

One of my favorite barre studios! The instructors are friendly, studio is clean, and the schedule provides flexibility with a good amount of weeknight and weekday classes.

I’ve taken classes from at least 5 different instructors at the Bellevue location, and every instructor is just as phenomenal as the previous. Motivating, warm, and knowledgeable. I’m really glad I found this studio and look forward to coming as often as I can!

I've dabbled in yoga and pilates over the years but had never tried Barre. I've done several classes now and am hooked. I enjoy the variety of teachers who each have their own style and approach to Barre. Each class is something new and I always a get a good workout. Staff is friendly. Parking is on site and free. Studio and bathrooms are clean.

I have been to 5 classes here and I love it! It's very fun, positive, and engaging, and I can already feel myself getting stronger. For full transparency they are offering me a free class for leaving a review, but they didn't specify that I had to give 5 stars and my opinion would not change even if I didn't get a free class for this. Would recommend to anyone (as they do offer easier options for most exercises).

I used to be really active prior to COVID, and this year I was hoping to get back into exercise with the goal of having a healthier lifestyle -- but the issue was, I always got bored and unmotivated with gym workouts. Enter barre3! I tested out a wide variety of exercise options in the area for around a month and a half, and at the end of it all, barre3 was the one I enjoyed the most. I've been going there regularly ever since, and would 100% recommend it. The instructors are really supportive and encouraging. I'm the type of person that wants correction on my form, and after mentioning that to an instructor or two, they're super helpful with giving me extra pointers during class. (If that's not your thing, though, I noticed they have some yellow wristbands you can wear during class in a jar labelled \\\"No hands-on correction,\\\" so they'll know you prefer your physical space!) The workouts kick my butt, but I can definitely feel myself getting stronger week by week. Definitely give it a try :)
