Excellent book store! The store is well laid out and a nice option at the crossroads mall. I have been to several B &N and this one is top tier. Store is clean, staff is friendly and of course as a book lover, you get it all here. Definitely will be back and while there isn't a Starbucks in the store, there are pretty good options around the mall.

Nice new store. Smaller than the old Bellevue store. Nice staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue was there was a group of high schoolers who were very loud and obnoxious. The staff did not ask for them to restrain from high school behaviors or ask them to quiet down. They were not there to purchase, but only to goof off and "play." The rest of the patrons had a healthy respect for the peace of a bookstore. Highly recommend and would next time encourage staff to ask them to quiet down or leave.

This location is smaller than most other Barnes and Nobles, but it still retained a good collection of books from all sorts of topics.The place was clean, smelled nice, and the staff were wonderfully helpful.

This store has a good selection. The experience cannot be replicated online. I wish they had a clearly marked section for biographies.

This location is really nice and spacious. However, a lot of the books on the shelves are damaged (dusk jacket has rips, covers are bent, pages are bent, etc.). If I'm going to spend money on books, I want them in good condition.
