My purchase of my Avocado mattress was really pretty easy and really pleasant. I talked to Taj at the Bellevue location and he walked me thru my purchase of the bed and linen. He also went to an Amazon site to help me find the slats I needed to support the mattress with a bed frame I was leaning toward buying. Taj was awesome to work with!

I've used and loved our Avocado Latex Mattresses for years now! But I never realized what exceptional customer service they have. Xander in the Bellvue Avocado location, was incredible! Answered many questions across a range of products, helped me to not only find the right items, but checked that they were in-stock, the right colors and sizes, got me the best discounts possible and even help with the delivery and installation costs! I was so grateful and so impressed. All the while, Xander was friendly, polite, knowledgable and patient, even when I made a mistake that resulted in more work for him. I couldn't recommend Avocado more! Not only for their excellent products but also for their incredible customer service!

Excellent service and follow up to make sure I was satisfied with sheets I ordered. When sheets went on sale I was unable to make the purchase. I called number listed and spoke with Jeanine Broome and she assured me that the sheets would be available to purchase. I did get the sheets and am very happy with them. Jeanine went beyond & above customer service

After doing a lot of searching for a vegan mattress made in the USA, we really wanted to test one out instead of buying sight unseen. Lo and behold, Avocado has a showroom near Seattle!
Xander was such pleasure to work with, a consummate professional. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, we didn't feel any pressure. When I felt a bit sleepy from trying out different mattresses, Xander was so accommodating and provided some amazing cold brew coffee to wake me back up for the long drive home.
I definitely recommend Avocado Green Mattress in Bellevue to anyone looking for a high quality mattress made in the USA.
Getting to actually go in and test out some different mattresses made our decision a breeze to buy an Avocado!

Sleeping perfectly! Purchased a Sleep Number, glorified air mattress, bed and didn't last 3 weeks. Replaced with an Avocado plush mattress and couldn't be happier!

I returned two items over six weeks ago. The have an arbitrary policy about only returning one bedding item per order. The accepted both items, refunded one, and told me they would process the other by the end of the day. Fast forward six weeks and several phone calls to a call center because the number listed here isn't for this location. Still no refund for the second item. The call center calls the store. No one gets back to me. I call the call center. Repeat. When the PNW Market Sales Manager finally processed a the refund for the second item, he did it for less than the full amount. Extraordinarily poor customer service experience.I do love the lighter version of the alpaca duvet insert that they source.

After much research and learning about the Avocado mattress. I went the Bellevue office and was immediately greeted by Xander.Xander was respectful, engaging and extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing the Avocado mattress, pillow-top and adjustable base. Can’t wait try our Avocado mattress!
