When I picked up the car at the Bellevue location, the Avis clerk told me that they were aware that the car had damage on the left side and not to worry about it as they already knew about it. I took a picture of the damage just to be on the safe side. After returning the car at a different location (per the booking), I have received a damage capture report where you claim the prior damage to the car happened while I had possesion of the car. This is not correct, and is likely based on a misunderstanding between the two Avis locations.After reporting this situation to your customer service department and providing the photo as evidence, you have responded that you can't do anything about this, and I need to sort it out with the claims company. This is documented in your case with reference number A0501907.Why you believe that it should be my problem that you have opened up a damage report for me on a false premise and you are unwilling to help get it resolved is beyond my understanding, and is an exceptionally poor experience as a customer.I will of course stop using Avis and never recommend you to anyone.

This place is showing little confusing in maps as it is inside the Hilton. You have to go to the ground floor and check for the avis office

It was hard to find the office. There were no instructions as to where you can park the car, so i had to go around twice to find a parking spot. And by the time, i did eventually get into the building, Avis was closed. This caused a lot of pain, having to talk for 30 minutes on the phone to revert charges.

I have made a reservation for an Uber comfort eligible vehicle, but there was no such vehicles available at the location. Wasted time and money for a ride to get here.

I would say over all poor experience as I didn't receive the car that I had originally reserved and to accommodate my needs I was given a mini van that was just returned and didn't go through proper cleaning and had slow leak on passenger side.

I was originally not planning to leave a review but the automated Avis email made me realize it’s important to share feedback that will hopefully help other customers. There were a series of undesirable circumstances. Firstly, I was offered an upgrade but not told there was a cost until afterward. The “upgraded” car given to with used tissues in it, dirty seats and a filthy steering wheel along with a hazard sensor flashing. I brought both the appearance and condition of the vehicle as well as the warning light up to the staff member who basically said he would tell his boss the “new cleaning guy isn’t very good.” I had to put air in the tires during my trip which made for an unnecessary pit stop. Overall terrible experience.

Bad old car given which was hard to drive on mountain roads. I even called customer service to exchange vehicle but no useful info is provided. Also Avis gave with 1/2 tank of gas but on rental mentioned 5/8.

Really limited vehicle and the ones they had weren’t cleaned when I arrived.There’s a bigger Avis 5min away and recommend you go there if you can.

Very bad experience. Location allows car bookings from 8 am and shows open at 8 am on Google maps also. Went there at 8 am on a Saturday morning, the staff said they open at 9 but are doing us a “favor” by giving us a car early. That’s okay, as long as we were getting a car, did not want to say anything.But then the person at the counter did not properly apply the company discount we had. We had to correct him multiple times and everytime he corrected the amount, said something like “I am doing this for you guys only this one time.” Our company discount entitles us to those prices so I don’t understand what that statement meant but we again didn’t say much.Finally got the car at around 8:20 am. The guy said we need to return it by 8 am on Monday to be charged only for 2 days. Post that, we’ll be charged for 3 days.Got the car back on Monday morning before 8 am. Waited in front of the location for their office to open and give them the car. Receipt they sent sometime later charged us for 3 days saying we returned at 8:46 am -.-Extreme nonsense. Didn’t give receipt on the spot, charged extra, put wrong return time. When we called them up to get this corrected, said that the correction can be made only on the front desk before 4 pm. We are working people and cannot get back to the location by then. Extreme nonsense and want extra charges removed. They try to trick you by not applying the benefits you actually have. Now we have to make a whole new trip to this location (which isn’t close to us since we don’t have a car) to get this fix.Worst experience with Avis so far.EDIT: forgot to mention that the price they told they will charge us for 2 days was 45 dollars more than what they said on their website. We added one insurance to our reservation but even with that cost, the price should have increased only by 22 dollars. We did not buy fuel from them and returned the car with a full fuel tank. The car type was the same as listed on their website.I have clue how they are managing these prices but I am not overpaying for such bad service.

Great team at Avis Bellevue Hilton. They were super nice when I was renting, made sure the car I picked was a good fit for my needs and showed it to me to make sure my stuff would fit in it. I’d definitely go back and rent from here.The drop off was also a breeze. ? will go back!
