Terrible customer support, pushy saleswoman. Get it from Amazon. Not here. Not worth our time.
Not very happy. Meh service. A lady named Lisa was serving the other customers and not me. She was nice to me. I bought stuff and left. She was being pushy to get loyalty rewards. I got that. My scalp was diagnosed as dull, rashes and dehydrated.
Secondly, the next lady diagnosed a totally different solution and said my hair was healthy. Another customer came and I was left out. lol. But I waited. She was patient too. Complimentary services are meant for us to buy. Not complaining. But we are your customers. Even Lush gives us samples. Well, Aveda doesn't.
Return policy is done with so many cunning vile methods. When you bring receipts they don't give the older ones. They try to keep selling you when you know what you wanna buy. Wouldn't recommend.

Very disappointed about the experience at Aveda. I was ignored for over 30 minutes while staff quickly served other two customers a cup of tea right beside me. The two customers were even talking with me and patting my dog. But the staff just ignored me. They treated customers in a different way. Felt disrespected and overlooked. Unacceptable customer experience.

Today was my very first experience with the Aveda store/brand. The manager JENNIFER is amazing! She's been with the company for TWELVE years so needless to say, she's an expert when it comes to all things hair! She analyzed my scalp and hair thoroughly. She answered my million questions in detail and I felt confident buying the products she recommended for my specific needs. Lisa was also very helpful, patient and super sweet. She even gave me a few free samples to take home. Both Lisa & Jennifer exceeded my expectations! Thanks to these 2 wonderful ladies, I will continue to visit this store.

Outstanding hair and skin care. Always all natural ingredients. The store has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I love that they always offer a cup of tea when you shop. Their Rosemary Mint bar soap is our all time favorite. It’s worth the price!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Aveda Store Bellevue Square with store supervisor Jennifer.On May 21 2023, I had booked an appointment for a service at 12:30pm. As a loyal customer, I arrived promptly and was looking forward to a pleasant experience. However, to my dismay, I was made to wait for an astonishing 45 minutes before receiving any assistance.What made matters worse was that during this time, I observed the store supervisor attending to customers who arrived after me. This blatant disregard for my scheduled appointment was both frustrating and disheartening. When the supervisor finally approached me, instead of offering an apology or a solution, they rudely asked me to reschedule my appointment. I was shocked and taken aback by their unprofessional behavior.Furthermore, the supervisor "Jennifer" made highly inappropriate remarks, suggesting that I should expect a lack of dedication from a retail store. Such comments are completely unacceptable and do not align with the values and standards I have come to associate with the Aveda brand. As a customer who values quality service and respect, I found this experience to be deeply disappointing and disrespectful.

I did not feel welcomed at all at the Bellevue Mall location. I came in with my friend who was immediately helped by the only sales person at that time (a robust white woman w/ dark hair). There were no other customers in the store as well. As my friend finished his purchase, I asked the sales person about a specific product, she didn't even look in my direction, answered my question w/ a simple 'yes' (which didn't answer my question) and walked to the other side of the store. That was a lost sale for her (I ended up buying the same product at the Southcenter Mall location). This store is clearly not managed well by how the staff treats customers. If you are seeking Aveda products, buy them on Amazon or find another location. The Bellevue Square location is not worth your time and hard earned money.

I been with aveda over 15 years, so I kinda know what products I like and what you get when you buy liters sizes for example pumps. Me and my gf went to aveda and she bought over 300 hundreds of products, they tried to sell a couple dollars more but I said there always coupons let's not go overboard. Two of the products were liters bottles and suppose to include pumps, it was 3 but when we reduce our numbers the pumps were not included. Lucky she had been using ultra and their pumps work, we called the next day what happen and ask what happen to the pumps, they replied sorry , you can drive to the mall and pick it up.Wait a minute I wanted to drive back and return all the stuff, who cares if now I have 53,000 points. They should of mall us the pumps, that was the right thing to so, what they did was probably buisness as usually

This is the best AVEDA STORE! I've bypassed Uvillage and come here instead because they actually know what products they sale! UVillage - I purchased the wrong face wash cause the girl acted like she knew what I asked for and gave me the wrong item! It's still in my bathroom! I had so many Aveda points I got a free Lavender calming lotion and Candle as well as all kinds of other free stuff! Aveda is my favorite! This store has great customer service! I've seen grown azz woman stealing from here so don't be basic and complain! If you act proper they give back! Think about it! Pay for your products or just move along!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNKNOWINGLY CHARGED A MEMBERSHIP FEE.I was ignored for over 10 minutes trying to check out at the register. The employee made eye contact with me so I know she knew I was there. Instead, she just stood at the shelves talking to another person in the store. There were no other people besides the three of us. I also got an email saying that I was charged for a membership that I know I didn't sign up for and have no optimism that I'll get that money back.

The staff member was amazing! She was kind and helpful for sure so my review is for the ingredients. I thought I was purchasing a healthy shampoo. I came home to check out the reviews and found info on the ingredients. Aveda claims ammonium lauryl sulfate is safe!? I'll be returning my purchase. I will stand corrected if Aveda can prove Healthy-Communications and the Journal of the American College of Toxicology incorrect. aSodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS) are surfactants found in many inexpensive shampoos because they produce a large amount of foam. According to Healthy-Communications.com and the Journal of the American College of Toxicology, these sulfates were found to be irritants in patch tests at concentrations of 2 percent and greater, which is a much lower concentration than the 20 percent found in many shampoos. Additionally, rat studies have shown both SLS and ALS cause damage to hair follicles, potentially resulting in hair loss. Sodium and ammonium laureth sulfate, which are closely related to the aforementioned ingredients, were found to have irritant effects as well.
