I have to submit this review for all the folks looking at this place and going elsewhere due to the low stars you may see - Def give this place a try. I got in an accident and had my car towed here and they actually weren't accepting tows at that time but they were nice enough to keep my vehicle and work on it for me. They told me 3-4 weeks from the get go and that's what it ended up being. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon K from this location. He worked with me through every step of the way and always communicated what was going on and when. I really appreciated how thorough he was. It was a brand new car, only had it for 3 weeks prior to accident. Thanks Brandon for easing my nerves and making this as smooth as possible. Car is running great!!!

Wise customer service I’ve ever received. My vehicle has issues that weren’t even there before still. My horn is working only intermittently when they allegedly replaced it, the screen keeps resetting intermittently and they didn’t even install the bulb we paid parts and labor for they just dropped it off at my job. It took me emailing the manager to finally get some sort of fire lit under Brandon the point of contact for our car and even then the work was not up to par.

Brandon and the team are true professionals. This being an insurance job for a side swipe was stressful enough, but they made the car new again. I really appreciated Brandon humoring my requests and going the extra mile to make it perfect.

The worst experience ever! Came to them in November, got an estimate from Brandon within a week, had to call 5 times and then reached Kurt the manager after 6 weeks of begging for a call back. Met with Kurt who found more damage that Brandon missed. Assured I’d get follow up. No follow up from Brandon or Kurt since Jan 8 and it’s Feb 14! Called AutoNation dealerships. They don’t even recommend their own branded shop. Go to Crash Champions!

What a nightmare…I wish I saw the negative reviews prior to scheduling work.Dropped off my car on the 22nd with a promised pickup date of the 26th.I was told it painted on the 25th, waiting on assembly on the 26th, everyone is sick and behind till the 29th. Went in on 29th, paid and was told it’s not done come back the 30th. 31st I’m told your car is done, just waiting inspection. Yay!Called on the 1st saying I’m on my way, Brandon was out sick so the production manager told me the car hasn’t even been started yet! ?Why did they let me pay when the work wasn’t started? On the 1st, the production manager gave an honest pickup date of the 6th. Also my estimate was for $1860 which is what I paid. When I picked up the car they said I owed an additional $617! I was told when I paid the quoted $1860 there were no additional charges so why is it now $2477? No one even called or asked if it was ok, no explanation at all. If anything they told me it should be less pending if they had to replace the sensors or not. (They did remove the extra charges when I questioned it).The shop paid for a rental after my 5 day paid for rental ran out. I had been walking and ubering for a few days. So that was a plus because I had that rental for an additional week and a half. They said a lot of she confusion was because there were 2 Macans in the shop. But I did see the other Macan when I paid and it wasn’t even started, still a massive dent in the back. So it couldn’t have been confused for mine. Seems neither had been worked on when I was getting all these updates.I got so sick of calling to get status updates, my calls went to voicemail a lot with no call back. Reception was clearly very sick of my calls, he always sounded so annoyed. My husband had to go in a few times just to get an eta. No one called me until the day it was actually complete. On a positive note, they did a good job repairing the bumper, paint matched. Looked good, nicely washed & detailed. No one did a final walk with me but my husband and I checked it pretty well. Just wish everything else went smooth because it was a headache and a half. The small bumper repair that was supposed to take 5 days took 2-1/2 weeks, probably longer is I wasn’t calling. The lack of communication was annoying af.

I brought my BMW in with a scratched bumper. They have missed every estimated completion time and are now saying it will take another week to finish this repair. If it takes them 3+ weeks to repair a scratch that just needs to be repainted how long does it take them to repair more severe damage? I should have known by their parking lot, where there is literally no space to park anywhere, that they would take their sweet time with the repair.

I highly recommend Autonation for car repairs. The crew was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to negotiate with the insurance company to cover the entire cost. Their work is super good as well.

Absolute garbage - took our vehicle here after someone hit it in a driveway. Took them one month to fix a scratch, went to go pick it up last week as they had called and said it was ready and there was another massive scratch on it! Their response was "uhhh not sure how that got there." It's now been 10 days and we've heard nothing from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Non communicative, very difficult to get a response. Took 3 times longer than estimated it would take for repairs.

If you value your time, just find another center. Lack and inconsistent communication. Not answering calls. Very poor customer service.I had to call every 2 weeks just to hear the same "it should be ready in two weeks".At least that was consistent:-(Took them 4 months to fix a minor fender bender and only once the "production manager" got personally involved after I had to come in and be a "Karen" The car was delivered.

Celia is Lazy and does not do her job proficiently, and Auto Nation took forever to fix my truck.ITEMS TO BE FIXED or REMOVED AND REPLACEDRight & left rear quarter panels, right & left rail caps, rear bumper, rear bumper cap,Tailgate and tailgate cap.Right rear tail light assemblyTook them about a month and a half to get my truck repaired.Celia consistently told me that the Insurance company was delaying the supplementals when it was her that was not getting the supplemental quotes, receipts and or paperwork needed to the insurance company in a timely manner. My adjuster told me that it would be days sometimes up to a week after they were written or received by Cilia and finally have the documents delivered to the adjuster. Then once the truck was done, it was to be transferred to Auto Nation Ford of Bellevue to have a full service and a recall item taken care of. The transfer to Auto Nation Ford of Bellevue never happened as promised the recall item was never taken care of nor was the service taken care of and now I have to wait at least 6 weeks to have the recall item taken care of before I can return to work. Also once I was told the vehicle was done it took an additional 3 5 days for her to submit the paperwork to the insurance company for payment. Now because I have to schedule the Recall item with another dealer I am taking it to is that far out. I will not take it to Auto Nation because frankly I do not trust Auto Nation any further than I can throw them. When I drive passengers for hire around, let alone my family I will not take a chance or the risk of putting others in harm's way. Then to top things off they allowed me to take an unsafe vehicle on the road.It wasn't till after I was back on the road that I found out that they did not complete the job properly. As I was on my way north to Bellingham to get my For Hire Vehicle Inspection done, I was pulled over by the WSP.I was told that my right tail light and license plate lights were not working. I Informed the trooper, I had just picked up the truck from the body shop and I was on my way to the shop to have an inspection done. I presented him with my receipts and he said, Yea you did just pick it up noting the date and time on the receipts and said to be sure and have my shop fix the issue I said yes sir and he let me go with a verbal. Nice Trooper and very professional. Back the Thin Blue LineI called Celia to inform her how I unhappy I was, and her response was,1. It was quality control inspected and everything worked just fine.My response was and is,How could everything work just fine when there were no bulbs in the tail lights and License plate lights and none of the wiring was connected. Please tell me that everything works just fine.2. "You need to bring it back here for us to inspect the issue but we are 6 to 8 weeks out before we can get your truck back in to inspect it.My response was and isHow is six to 8 weeks a reasonable amount of time let alone safe to be driving around with the lights not working properly. It's not and I informed her that I was going to get it fixed myself and submit the receipts for reimbursement and her response was it would be done at my cost and there was no way in hell that they would ever reimburse me because I would not allow them to have first right to inspect the issue.Insurance Company called BS. I call BS and so I contacted corporate and awaiting their response.IN CLOSING:One can not reasonably wait 6 to 8 weeks for them to fix some damn lights especially when one depends on their vehicle for their livelihood let alone allowing an unsafe vehicle to be out on the road putting others at risk. Then to top that she was rude and just did not care.Absolutely the worst service.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS.

I brought my truck in for minor damage due to hitting a deer. Unfortunately I have had nothing but headaches from dealing with the repair.During the intake, I selected to receive text updates on the repair. However, that never happened. It took me calling and emailing to get updates on the repair.I was told the truck would ready last week. Yet, I received a call the scheduled day of pick up and told a sub contractor messed up the paint and the truck would need to be repainted. I was told they would rush the repair and have it ready this week.I was also told they had difficulty finding an aftermarket part. I supplied them with the part. However, I never received confirmation on the information I sent. When I called on the new scheduled pick up day, I was told there was a delay on the part. Four days after I supplied the part info and ordered.I asked if I could just come get the truck and come back for the aftermarket part as it’s not needed for reassembly. They said yes that is fine, however I was told the truck wasn’t reassembled yet. It would take another 2 days to reassemble and have the subcontractor put on the film. The same one who messed up the paint initially. I was given no clear answer why when they knew the part was delayed I wasn’t contacted.Clearly there is a lack of communication with them. I would not recommend AutoNation Collision due to lack of communication, lack of quality control of using subcontractors and overall lack of professionalism.
