The worst service I have ever seen.
They don't have transparency, integrity and they don't have clear communication.
Their representative told me they car was available and ran my credit check but when I called them later in the evening they said that car was sold in the morning, then I don't know why they ran my credit check.
I have been in touch with the representative and the manager don't know that .

..what should I talk about with your GM. He doesn't know what's happening in his showroom. He does not have courtesy in talking with customers, he knows that he spoiled the situation but never apologized. GM should learn to apologize when the customer comes in person and ask for clarification.

Customer service is a joke. And like many others good luck speaking to someone in service or anyone else you need to speak with. Multiple emails went unanswered, multiple messages left and no one got back to me. If you deal with these guys leave no stone unturned.
Despite my notifying them to not run my credit through multiple companies that I was going through CapOne they proceeded to run through many places anyway and now weeks later I'm still trying to deal with that.
Tires were cracked and weather checked parts of the sidewall was missing, i didn't catch it the night I picked up my jeep, the next morning I did. They refused to replace the tires only to split the cost which I did, but still don't think I should've had to do that. The jeep leaked which i didn't catch until the next day upon investigating nearly all seals are shot. No way they didn't know this was an issue.
They claimed the jeep went through inspection but I'm finding that hard to believe. The day i got the vehicle the left rear blinker was out pretty coincidental and unlikely that to happen the moment I start it. Took a little while but they finally did send the replacement bulb.
Lastly if you're a disabled veteran and you are authorized the free licensing privilege don't believe them when they say they're used to dealing with these circumstances it is my belief and opinion that they do not. My process is nothing but a pain that 3 different licensing offices I've talked to all said they've never encountered this issue before and don't understand why they're doing things the way they are.
I would highly recommend going through a different dealership. I've never had the issues I've had with this place with any other dealership I've bought vehicles through in my life. If you choose to still go through this particular dealership be careful and be thorough.

In the waiting room...disappointed. Dropped jeep off (with appointment) at 7:30am yesterday(check engine light). I was told I could hear from them by noon. I called after 5pm to check on vehicle. I was told they can't find the problem, so I said I would come pick it up. I didn't make it by 6pm. Today I show up to get the vehicle. They said it would take 20-30mins to put it back together(what happened if I was there by 6pm). This place was my last hope for jeep dealers. P.s well passed the 60mins waiting to get vehicle.

if I could write this place a 1 star I would. I cashed out a 2013 Jeep Ribicon because Tyler the salesman said the car was in perfection condOrion trying to gas light us into thinking the car was in perfection condition. not even 1 hour of traveling back home the car light turn on and needing $$ to fix the car. I live 2 hours away taking multiple days off work to get fixed. they will make you wait the 3 days to not return the car and lie to you on wanting to help you. now I'm stuck w a non working car since the day I bought the car and their not wanting to help me or get through the situation. Very upset that this dealership took my cash and no remorse for them to help a good customer out. Don't ever recommend this place. Better off going somewhere else

This is the worst place to do any business... Brought tire from them for jeep... they said when you buy tires from them ...tire rotation is included for life of tire... all of sudden today they saying they dont do that ever when you buy tire from them... It looks like they have been charging my wife every time for oil change + rotation... It's my fault that i should have checked the bills correctly. This is not the first time they have not provided the worst service. They did the same for radio replacement, and the other few time. Said one thing and did something different. Dont ever do business with this place ever

Walked around the entire lot THREE times in the rain. Walked inside TWICE AND NOT ONCE did anyone greet me or ask if I needed help. Sad thing, I was actually there to buy a van. Oh well, there's other dealerships who would like to take my $$$

dropped a flat van off for an oil change. They had it 3 1/2 hours and didn't even touch it! a complete waste of my work day. Took it to Dodge of Renton. I was in and out in a hour and a half. i'll never waste my time with Bellevue Dodge ever again.

In 2022, we brought a brand new Jeep Rubicon 4xE Plug-In Hybrid. After only a few months, it needed to have several recalled parts replaced. While the sales team was very friendly at the time of sale, they were MIA when it came to getting the vehicle serviced in a timely manner. After only 18 months of ownership, we had a water pump leak, which caused the vehicle to overheat. There are several codes related to the Hybrid System and the Water pump. We had to have Lake Stevens Automotive (Great guys, ask for Casey!) diagnose it. We are utterly disappointed and frustrated with my experience at AutoNation Bellevue. Their service level can only be described as abysmal. The events unfolding since December 4, 2023, have been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the communication from the dealership, especially from the service manager, Ivan Chavez, was horrendous. Promises to follow up were consistently broken, leaving us in the dark about the status of our vehicle. Our appointment was rescheduled without any notice, and our vehicle sat untouched for seven days. The lack of staff at the dealership is not an excuse for poor service. A well-managed organization would have contingency plans for such situations. It's clear to me that the issues at this dealership stem from management. Furthermore, the financial burden this has placed on us is significant. We've incurred over $600 in rental fees and $169 in towing fees, not to mention the lost wages due to the inability to use our vehicle. The dealership's failure to communicate about the extended warranty and refuse to reimburse these expenses is unacceptable. The final straw was seeing non-priority vehicles being serviced while ours was neglected, despite assurances of prioritization. This shows a complete disregard for customer service and a breach of trust. In conclusion, AutoNation Bellevue's handling of our vehicle service has been a textbook example of how not to treat customers. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have caused us unnecessary stress and financial strain. I strongly advise against using their services or purchasing a vehicle from them. The vehicle is still sitting in their service parking lot untouched since Dec 6, 2023. Now eight days later.

Never again. I took my car to this dealership twice for service. The first time, they basically didn't want to help at all and turned me away after my brand new car (admittedly bought from another dealer but still covered under warranty) had an issue. Fine, whatever. Second time I came in for oil change. As part of this, they identified a leak in the transmission pan. They scheduled me to come in to replace it. I bring it in, expecting a call at eod to pick it up. By the end of the day, I hadn't heard anything, so I tried to call in. Phone system rang and rang, and I never got through. Next day, same deal, until I came into dealership physically, only to find no work had gotten done because they didn't even have the part! Why schedule me if you didn't have the part? I think fine, order the part; if not too long, not worth the hassle. They give me an eta, which passes with no update. I call and call, sometimes getting through, but oftentimes not. But the update and eta moved a couple times (not their fault except the lack of updates due to the strike possibly?). Three weeks pass, during which time I learned my vehicle was parked next to busy street in an unattended lot for part of it, and then under a maple tree. They suggested I pick the vehicle up while my part was in limbo, so I asked them whether it was safe to drive, and they assured me it was. I pick it up in the evening, and the outside was filthy, covered in leaves and pine needles that had clearly been sitting on my paint for a while and started rotting. I take it home, and next morning on my way to work, check engine light comes on (and vehicle is driving rough). I call in and am told the part actually came in! So I bring it back, and the service intake says they are unable to give me an eta. What a joke. Finally, after having my car for Friday through Monday, and the car is done. Despite me telling them about the mess they made of my car, no action had been taken on that front. I tried to wash it off myself, but because the leaves had started rotting, it hasn't come off easily.

I recently purchased a Jeep from this dealership and had an overall good experience. The salespeople at this dealership seemed happy to earn your business, as opposed to some of the "luxury" dealerships up the street. They initially offered me an amount for my trade-in that I wasn't happy with, but they agreed to my counter without a lot of back and forth. The showroom feels a little bit outdated, slightly crowded and the coffee must not be good (saw a guy take a sip and immediately throw it away, lol). However, I was pleased with the metrics that mattered most. I was very happy with the customer service provided by Ramon.

My purchase process with Shawn was, without a doubt, the best sales process I've ever been a part of. Fantastic communication, incredible subject matter expertise, a joy to work with. Had my review ended there, it would have been five stars. Sadly, my review doesn't end there. A few months after purchasing a high-end Jeep Grand Cherokee, the car, with only 4200 miles on it, suddenly had a major power issue. It had to be towed to the dealership. That's when the "fun" began. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human being (who isn't in Sales) by phone. Their service appointments are now handled by bookers off-site. Personally, if I was the Service Manager and a strange car was suddenly in my lot overnight I would have some questions about what was going on with the vehicle and who it belonged to, but no! It legitimately took three days to be able to reach a human in the Service department to tell them what was going on and what was worse, I thought I'd left my wallet in the car and had no way to reach anyone by phone to try and go look for me. The scheduler told me they had no appointments for TWO WEEKS which is obviously outrageous with a brand new car under warranty. After telling the scheduler that two weeks to evaluate the car was unacceptable, they looked at it about a week after it was dropped off. After that, I had almost zero communication from them for a week after they started working on it except to say they couldn't figure out what was going on. They would never call me, they only emailed updates like, "I have my Master Technician looking at it during his down time." This did not inspire confidence. It took three full weeks to get my car back and during that time, no loaner car was offered because THEY DON'T HAVE LOANER VEHICLES. I haven't had worked with a dealership - ever - that didn't make a loaner car available. When I finally finally finally spoke to the service person who told me what they'd done to repair it, I said, "I assume there is no charge and this is all under warranty?"He responded, "yes of course, no charge, unless of course you'd like to tip me $100." It was an attempt at a joke but a really bad one considering 1) the fact a brand new car failed 2) how long it took to fix the vehicle 3) the terrible communication 4) no loaner 5) the amount of Uber charges 6) the charge to tow it to the lot. I have no idea what's going on in the service department but it is a complete goat rodeo. The manager seems to be trying his best but it appears as there are some deep issues given my experience and the other 1-star reviews I've read here. I won't be back, ever, but if you do buy a car there, talk to Shawn. He's phenomenal.

Getting service here was kind of like parenting a teenage child. We got there in the end, but during the process they wouldn't answer my phone calls, and it was massively expensive service, and it was highly stressful due to lack of communication. They were self admittedly understaffed, and I had to walk there more than a mile multiple times just to get someone to talk to about status updates while my vehicle was being serviced. Don't expect anyone to get on the phone with you; it won't happen. The work itself got done eventually, so it wasn't a complete waste. Just not a smooth process so don't expect one.

They behave as though having them service the vehicle that you purchased from them is some sort of inconvenience. And then it takes weeks to get an appointment. Additionally, the customer service is so terrible that I cringe whenever I have to interact with them. Currently, they are holding my husband's Jeep hostage and won't return his calls, it's almost been a week. 6 Jeeps later, and this will be the last one we buy from them.

I bought a Nissan GTR R35 here. I had some initial issues with the transmission, but Claire and Joe were by my side day and night to help me; Had the issue fixed in 3 days and am now a super happy GTR owner. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to fix the issue, but even if they couldn't have I'd probably have left a similar review just for the tremendous support they provided me throughout this purchase. Claire is very dedicated to help her customers, Joe knows people around town that can help solve issues and the duo worked great for me. I recommended to my friends to puchase at this dealership. I've purchased many cars throughout my 10+ years in the states, this was by FAR the best experience I have ever had.
