I spoke with the manager JD, he helped me choose the best service for my Lexus NX300. It was an easy drop off the night before with a key drop off, I picked up my car the next day and it looked as good as the day I purchased my car. I will continue going here for as long as I have my vehicle!

I have been coming to Pro club for a car wash for years. I have always liked the staff, especially the front desk guys who are friendly and kind. Unfortunately, however, I won’t be coming back.
I brought my car in for a wash, wax, wipe, and vacuum towards the end of December. The attendant who serviced my car broke the trunk latch while working on my car. As a result, I could not open my trunk and the key fob would not open it either. The latch is also where the backup camera is, so I had no operating backup camera the whole time it was broken.
It turned out, this was a repair that cost me $1,200 after paying $200 for my car wash. ? also, getting it repaired left me without a car for a whole week… all because The Auto Salon at PRO club broke it!
I don’t plan on holding the auto salon liable for the damage or inconvenience, but I’m really appalled that even after emailing them twice, I’ve gotten zero response. A sorry would have gone a long way. This is the real reason for this disappointing review.
Take your money and business elsewhere. For the love of all things holy, don’t bring your car here, especially if you love your car.

Very hard to find. Took us 5 mins to find them after getting to pro club. They didn’t take me because I was late by 5 mins. The email states that my auto detailer is Kyle, but he was working on another car and turned me away because he ‘sent his other detailer home’. Absolutely zero professionalism. Now they’ve left me wondering whether they’d charge my card for them not being prepared for me. This business is nothing more than a joke!

Never got a chance to use their service because the salon canceled on me twice. First time they notified me via email few hours ago and the executive on phone call was polite and apologetic.Second time i dropped off my car at 5.30 PM. There was absolutely no one at their desk so i just left my car at drop off point. 3 hours later got a phone call that i needs to be canceled again.So I’m disappointed that they asked me to put my credit card number just to book an appointment and would’ve charged me full price for a no-show. But on their part canceled on me twice and second time wasted my 3 hours and cab money. This is not customer friendly.Service: Auto detailing

My car was due for a detail, and the exterior needed a lot of work in terms of the tree pollen getting stuck on to the paint and in the tiny crevices. Scheduling an appointment was easy on their website with no issues. The prices were also fairly reasonable. With that said, I should have paid more attention to the mixed reviews on Yelp and not have too high of an expectation. I dropped off my car at 9am for a full interior and exterior detail, and their website stated that it would take 5 hours. I didn't get a call from them until about 3:30pm, which was 1.5 hours more than the stated amount of time for the service. When I came to pick up my car, the person at the counter simply handed me the bill to pay. I went over to my car afterwards to inspect my car. They did a fairly good job with the interior, but not so much the exterior. I was shocked to find the paint scratched off underneath the trunk hinges. I assumed it was because the tree pollen was severely stuck on that it ended up damaging the paint, but I would have appreciated if they had told me. The whole experience seemed rather impersonal. I may have to go to a shop to get the paint fixed. Oh well, you get what you paid for.

They are extremely expensive and did not do a job good enough to match the name or the money charged. i booked a 5 hour detail appointment and they returned the car 45 minutes early. when I received the car the seat crevices were not clean, there is dirt clearly seen on the doors and even the front view mirror has stains. when I emailed and complained, they said because I checked in 10 mins late they cannot guarantee quality!! if i am paying more than 300$ to get my car clean and if they indeed had to do a bad job because of my 10 min late checkin, how did they end up returning my car before my scheduled cleaning slot completed. first they did a bad job and then do not accept it despite sending pictures and do not even have courtesy to reply back

Really disappointed with the service I got for a 4hr $169+ premium interior cleaning. My car wasn’t super dirty to begin with (all the mats were recently washed at home). However when I went to pick up the car, there were many obvious spots that were not cleaned at all - stains in center console/car seat/doors, wash marks left on window shield, and parts of the carpet were not even vacuumed! I was told to call the manager JD about my complaint, which I did, but never got a response back :(( super disappointed. Leaving two stars only because the after-hour staff was nice enough to help fix some of the issues for me.
