“Tesla service shops take months of wait time on scratches. Chris at Sameday was able to give me a quote over a photo and made appointment in couple of weeks. He took care of not only the scraped paint that needs to be repaired but also touch-up for the whole bumper. Dropped off at 10am and picked up at 3pm. Quick and fantastic!”

“Brought my C7 corvette in the other day and Brandon did a fantastic job. He had the tools needed for aligning the rear caster, and showed me a picture of the alignment when he was done since that doesn’t show up on the normal alignment printout. It was clear he took pride in his work, and I’ll be going to back him for all my alignment needs in the future. Also, some shops don’t even know rear caster is adjustable on corvettes, including some Chevy dealerships, so it was nice he knew how to do it and nailed the alignment specs I asked for.”

“This place is fantastic. In this day and age, you don’t get mechanics this good, this thorough, this friendly, and this well priced. After a great experience just having an issue diagnosed - not event repaired - I told my partner to bring his car in for long needed service on it. It’s a finicky sports car, but these folks understand it, know it, and want to help him care for it. I am going to be recommending these guys to everyone. This is now the only place I’ll be taking my cars.”

Service is extremely friendly, accommodating and prices are FAIR!
I spoke with Marco on several occasions when I called, he always had all the information I needed on what needed to be done and how much it would be. He also was able to discuss with me what could wait and what needed done asap, which I felt comfortable deferring to him on as it seemed as though he was giving me his very honest expert opinion.
I needed quite a bit of work done, $2000 worth, but I really like my older car so I had it done. They did an excellent job, got it done timely and were even willing to keep it a few days longer as I was out of town and had to pick it up once back.
The overall process was a dream! Dropped the car off, they looked at it, called me, I told them what I wanted done, they did it, called me when done, I picked it up, paid and was on my way!
A+++! Couldn't be more happy and would definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants an easy to work with and honest mechanic shop!!!”
“I was in an accident a few months ago and was nervous about picking a body shop, but Factory Finish exceeded all my expectations and made my car look amazing!! Once my car got into the shop it took about 3 weeks to finish which was quicker than I expected. The paint color matched perfectly and body work was excellent. The staff is so helpful, kind and professional and worked seamlessly with insurance. I hope I never need collision repairs again but if I do, I know where to go!”
“Loved the atmosphere of the place—reminds me of home on Oahu, HI. The high level of knowledge, customer service, and timeliness for their deals are too good to be true.
I’ve got four kids that rely on my car for transportation daily and one day the clutch wouldn’t go into gear. Barely being able to drive it, I was able to bring it into Ishii Motors. Within a day (due to parts shipping) they had my car out and fully operable—same day if they had the part on hand. In addition to solving my clutch problem, they also did a full check up which saved me tons of money and increased the life of my engine (maintenance repairs before problems occur).
I also recommend the full induction cleaning of the motor which made the engine very happy and noticeably increased performance.
Make Ishii motors your home, you won’t regret it.”

“Edit: The manager contacted me to help on this and confirmed that the correct oil was used. I very much appreciate the help that he provided, and take back my questioning of it's validity.
I heard them say to put in synthetic blend oil after I had requested synthetic, then I was rung up for synthetic. When asked about it, he said that was for the other car.
Unfortunately, I was not in the mindset to argue at the time. However, I did catch him holding back a smile as he rung me up after that, which makes me highly suspicious.”
“I cannot believe this place doesn't have more reviews. I was driving in Northbend when my car showed the battery light, then overheating. I pulled over immediately, checked under the hood, the belt had slipped and there was coolant leaking under the car. I had it towed super early in the morning before the shop even opened, left my key in the after hours key drop and left a message stating the problem.
They got back to me about 2 hours after they opened, gave me a repair estimate, and had the car finished later that day.
I also asked for a repair estimate for the steering system since it's leaked for years, and his answer was "Way too much" (basically, not worth repairing given the age and condition of the car). So, it really feels like they repair cars in the best interest of their customers, and that's a rare trait for businesses lately.
My service turnaround may not be typical, but I highly, highly recommend this place.”

“My new place for auto repairs! I had an issue with a strange sound coming from the backend of my car when I went over a bump. After two different shops couldn't find the problem, I was directed to try Sa-Go from a reference at a nearby body repair shop. Mathew got me in and found the problem within minutes. It turned out to be the emergency-brake cable, which he showed me and explained. He fixed it and had me back driving within the hour. Problemed solved. This is my new shop.”
