While my initial goal was to determine the dealership's pricing, I ended up purchasing a car because of Daine's exceptional service and kindness. She not only matched the prices offered by other dealerships but also provided a lower price. Her outstanding service didn’t stop there. Two days after I bought the car, the tire had a nail in it, causing a flat, and it was not repairable, so it had to be replaced. Despite the tire not being under warranty, she replaced it for free. “I was in an accident a few months ago and was nervous about picking a body shop, but Factory Finish exceeded all my expectations and made my car look amazing!! Once my car got into the shop it took about 3 weeks to finish which was quicker than I expected. The paint color matched perfectly and body work was excellent. “CARSTAR has worked on 2 cars for me. Both times the service was great! This last time, they fixed my son's Ford Focus. We were afraid that the repair costs might exceed the value of the car, but John took extra care and searched for some refurbished parts to keep the cost down. It took extra time, but the car was fixed, insurance covered it, and the results were beautiful! Everyone at CARSTAR is super nice, plus they do all of the work with the insurance company (once the initial claim is filed). They make a very unpleasant situation very easy to deal with. Included are before and after photos of the car. You can't tell it was damaged at all.”

“We purchased a CPO vehicle sight unseen from Jason and Cathy. We are out of state and never met them in person. However, Jason answered all my detailed questions about vehicle condition, including sending a custom video walk around. They were knowledgeable about how to conduct the sale over FedEx and Docusign and submitted the title/registration forms to my local DMV on my behalf. When the shipper delivered my vehicle it was exactly as described with no surprises. Finally, Acura HQ sent a survey asking if I received a couple minor paperwork (Carfax report, CPO checklist) upon delivery. I had seen these earlier but didnt get them on delivery. Within 24 hours, Cathy was in touch with me to close the loop. This is our first Acura and great first impression.”

“It's my second time I brought my car to this shop. My Kia Stinger got rear-ended on a parking spot, so I came to them. It was a tricky job, since my car is a Canadian one and US dealers couldn't provide the color code. They did an amazing job to paint with the matching color.I also like how well they communicate and explain everything.”
“I wanted to share a great experience of working with Beau Price in sales at Honda Bellevue. My wife and I were looking to get a smaller SUV, but it needed to have enough cargo volume without folding down the rear seats to carry a large dog crate.
We went in looking at used RAV4s and CRVs. Beau was super helpful in letting us drive everything and comparing vehicles back to back. We looked at RAV4s, Gen 5 and Gen 6 CRVs, Acura RDXs, Lexus RXs before settling on the Gen 6 CRV. We worked with him to get a great deal on a new Sport Touring. Upon delivery, Beau took his time explaining the vehicle and its systems.
I'll also say that the sales process was painless and low-pressure (including the F&I part), and I really appreciate that. Overall, we couldn't be happier both with our purchase and our experience.”
