Fun Update:
We got a call from them the next morning to let us know that they forgot to have us sign all the paperwork to finish the sale… ? They refused anything but a wet signature so we drove 30 mins to Bellevue again. We arrived at our appointment time and it still took over 45 minutes to finish the paperwork.
Original Review:
MANY MANY MANY employees without masks. Not pulled down, or below their nose; NO mask at all.
One customer was coughing openly in the center of the sales floor. There was no effort other than a few bottles of hand sanitizer and one sign asking people not to come in if they had symptoms of Covid-19. There was a tidy stack of at least 20 duplicate warning signs sitting at the front desk behind both idle, unmasked employees.
On the not pandemic side of things, it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to sell a used Audi that they already made an offer on. Plus we didn’t get any proof of sale - physical or digital.
The sales person didn’t ask if we were interested in test driving or buying anything either. He finally asked when we were signing over the registration to them if we had plans to replace it. Overall it was a weird, bad, and unsafe 3 hours of my life that they wasted.

Had a very bad experience with a new Ford product that was purchased less than a year ago. After scouring the web for suitable alternatives, I came across a preowned SQ8 at Audi of Bellevue and my sales contact Arteom made the transaction happen. Went out of his way to get details of my Ford while it was still being serviced at the Ford dealership, and made the potentially stressful process very smooth and relatively painless. Given the current market condition, I paid top dollar for the Audi but I received a fair trade in value for the Ford. Overall I recommend Audi Bellevue for their service level and professionalism. Go see Arteom!

This is the only place I have my car serviced. It’s been 7 years and I couldn’t ask for anything better, especially after the outside is washed and the inside vacuumed by Bellevue Audi.

Overall great experience in purchasing a certified vehicle. Auto nation 1 price made the whole process so much easier. Staff were nice and easy to work with the whole time. However, the reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star was that they missed AC check on this certified vehicle. I found out AC was not working 3 days after the purchase. I took the car to the shop and had Freon refilled and that fixed it.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Audi Bellevue. I brought my Audi A4 in for maintenance and a CarPlay issue. Despite paying a hefty fee for maintenance and an additional $250 for a software update, the problem wasn't resolved. I reached out multiple times to both the manager and the representative but received no response.
The lack of communication and poor customer service have been frustrating. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to Audi Bellevue and can't recommend their services.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi of Bellevue. The entire experience was excellent and trouble free. Chance (my sales lead) was able to answer all of my questions and helped to navigate the closing in record time (my wife and I had another appointment). Follow-up has been fantastic and we love the vehicle (A8L). I would gladly recommend this location and this team to anyone looking for an Audi, a high quality vehicle, or just a great overall car buying experience.

Had my brakes done recently only ro learn a part of my wheel that protects my wheel bearings is missing! Stear clear of dynamic duo Dave Paris and Charles the current drive manager. Actually if you can take your vehicle anywhere else I do not recommend these techs. Lazy sloppy and this is not my first run in with sloppy work and yet I paid money for a service and got screwed long term. Maybe if Fabe Paris wasn't insisting on me driving a death trap put of spite the adults at autonation could really look into the errors being made by Dave personally. We know with his manager playing favorites when he isn't perusing OK cupid.
