I replaced all our appliances but i wanted to have someone inspect the locations to ensure a fit and any other surprises. Arnolds did not provide this service unfortunately and i did have to spend an additional $2000 to make adjustments once tge appliances were delivered and before they could be installed. Not good and what i wanted to avoid

I had an amazing experience with Arnold's appliances. I have been hunting for a fridge, washer & drier for a couple of weeks already. They gave me the best offer out of every appliance store I've visited. Really helpful staff.
For the installation, the guys were amazing. Really careful with installation and careful not to scratch or hit any surfaces in the house.

Great sales experience and great delivery and install experience. Talk to Jerry H if you want a sales person to really address your concerns and help talk you through what your needs are. And the install crew from Arnold's was the best experience I've ever had with appliance delivery.

My sales rep was great, but this business does not care about the terrible service provided by their finance company (Brand Source). I will never do business with this place again.

Went to purchase an appliance. An old guy called Lyle or something was just too cocky and didn’t know anything. Made us sit and look on Arnold’s website for specs and description.
I tried to be patient with everything with regards to the information gap he had. but his attitude was what led me to take my business elsewhere.
If you read this: don’t try to act smart if you don’t know your job. Your job is literally to know about few appliances and sell it to a paying customer.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience making our first refrigerator purchase with Arnold's appliance!! Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful during the whole process. Lyle was wonderful and made it very easy for us! We appreciate the time that was taken with the couple of times we came in and answering all our questions. The delivery process was also fantastic! They called ahead of time and were early. The installation process was easy, and the two guys did a wonderful job. I wish I remembered their names! But thank you so much! We will definitely be recommending to everyone to use Arnolds Appliance!

I’ve been working with Brent at Arnold’s Appliance in Bellevue for a year now with our kitchen remodel. Yes, it’s taken a year…..Throughout this painful remodel process, Brent has been the only person that has made this process easy and extremely helpful.He’s honest, loyal, personable and very reliable. I only have great things to say about him and if you ever have to start a remodel I would highly recommend going in and asking for him. He won’t let you down and will make sure you are taken care of from the beginning to the end. I promise you won’t be disappointed. He’s the best!Thanks Brent for everything you’ve done for our family!

I recently had a defective Zephyr hood and have to give a special shout out to Brent Herrly for engaging directly with Zephyr without me having to get involved to get a replacement hood ordered. Excellent customer service with a smile.... Henry-

Easy no pressure sales. We knew what we wanted. We had to call only once to check on delivery of our fridge. The process was quite seamless. They came and removed our door and set up our fridge and tossed all the plastic garbage too for us. IN addition, they moved the old fridge into the garage for us. We paid $100/delivery fee plus tip to the 2 delivery guys.
