Not open 24 hours... plz update your hours of operation.. it's Monday AM at 5am - which I get it - it's very early... but it IS a weekday.. and at least I can drive to a different spot, but I'd be upset if I had had to wait to have you open at who knows when if I didn't have any gas whatsoever in my car.. but I only have cash and don't have any debit/credit cards. I should truly plan things out better but, SUPER CHEAP GAS PRICES ** literally the best in the area!! Plus they have a clothing/shoes donation box.

Every time I come inside the Indian woman is always on the phone speaking in her language with headphones in not paying attention to the customers. It sucks you can’t get good customer service anymore. I’ve literally been in this store 20+ times and it’s always the same woman on the phone having personal conversations with whoever is on the other line. When she speaks to me I try to understand her and be respectful when I speak to her she try’s to act like she doesn’t understand what I’m saying. Worst customer service I’m confused on why she still even works there.

The Latino lady work here is racism, she don’t let me change my winnings lottery tickets, because I’m Asian. Even the counter has enough money to pay for my winnings tickets, she said I have to go Safeway or qfc. I meant i bought the tickets here, and I only win 100$ . Why should I go to other store to exchange? I’ll never come back this store.

I used to be a loyal customer. However, tonight I arrived on empty and their system would not authorize my payment. I tried 2 different cards on 2 different pumps. Neither card was declined, but they were not authorized either. Cashiers attitude -nothing I can do. It's how technology is. BS! Went down the road to the big "S" and was authorized immediately. It was a blessing in disguise because I also paid less for my gas. Not going back.
