“Just moved into the Bravern
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best building to live in the bellevue area.
The dollar to utility ratio is amazing and once you choose a good apartment for yourself you'll be in real harmony and ease.
Sahil, Lara and all concierge members helped me move in, developed a great relationship with me and supported and arranged all facilities. Yesterday i asked them for a tylenol they brought that too :D Fully recommend, i am a resident here so if someone wants to ask sth just contact me directly”

“We moved here from a Capitol Hill (in Seattle) apartment three years ago and have enjoyed living here so far.Pros:- Location, location. Three minute walk to the bus stop and a supermarket, and two minute walk to the park. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly quiet and feels quite safe.- Most of the floor layouts are space efficient. We like our galley style kitchen which makes good use of the space.- The apartments feel modern and airy and are energy efficient. We don't use the heater at all during the winter, and our electricity bills are low compared to other places we've lived.- The roof deck is really lovely in the springs and summers.- Gym is a decent size with four treadmills (and various other cardio equipment) and a decent selection of weights. There's also a yoga studio that is usually empty.- Management and maintenance folks are really professional, responsive, and communicative which I appreciate. I appreciate that messages are sent via email instead of only just placed on people's doors or in the elevators.- Haven't gotten packages stolen like at other apartments. There's a package hub to receive your packages as well as a locked closet for overflow. Management does make a huge effort to manage the packages, unlike other places I've lived at.Cons:- The parking vendor (not associated with Equity) is a bit disorganized. Every few months or so, we have to remind them what parking space we have.- The usual noise issues in apartment living - Occasionally, we hear the neighbors above or to the side of us, but it's to be expected in apartment living.Items to note:- The window-less bedroom with the white noise of the fan makes for deep, relaxing sleep. I didn't believe this until I tried it.- We have a courtyard and east-facing apartment which is ideal. This means we get some pleasant morning light and the afternoon heat doesn't affect us as much. We chose not to buy an AC, and this is only bad for maybe a week of the year. Facing the courtyard means no street noise. I can't believe how peaceful and quiet it is.”

“My family and I have lived at Park Metro for about 9 months now, and within those months I have myself brought up a few concerns to the Leasing office Management. For most of them, they have promptly acted on those request. One in particular involved adding a new light fixture outside of one of the side doors because it was pitch black when taking our big dog, and it felt unsafe as well. They quickly installed one and it works great.
I know in the past there's also been issues about the elevator (I myself had a couple of those on my first couple of months after move-in), but they have since hired a new company and they are now proactive about maintenance. We havent had an issue since then.
My only concern is around parking, given all spots are of the same size (no compact vs. large vehicle), and having an SUV (and perhaps careless tenants who park over the line...) I have had to park somewhere else in the past. If you have an SUV, I'd take that into consideration but I am sure Management would be able to best help fix. I will say the parking rate is one of the highest we've seen in the many other locations we looked at downtown, but the size of the apartment was worth it for us.

Lastly, the units are specious and large. This has worked great for us. You wont be smack downtown but this is a great location still especially for the size of the units.

Overall, the size, the responsive Management team (Shelby has been great!), the location make Park Metro a great option for Downtown living!”

Natalie kept in contact with me… was very detailed! Gave a virtual tour of the apartment as I’m all the way on the east coast! I mean, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better moving to a new city!
